The 6'2 180-pound athlete has 42 carries for 437 yards and 12 touchdowns, 41 receptions for 897 yards and 12 touchdowns, 40 total tackles (21 solo, 19 assisted), 3 TFL, 1 sack, 4 INT, 4 PD, and 1 FF. He has elite athletic ability due to elite balance, very good acceleration, speed, change of direction, and jumping. As an offensive player, he can't be taken down. His ball skills are impeccable. Very good hands. Ball hawk as a DB. Suction hands, where he extends or adjusts to make the difficult catch or INT. He locks up WRs at the LOS with his press jam. In man coverage, he is stride for stride and has very good closing quickness. Very good reaction time. Concentration for tipped interceptions. Very good run support and tackling. Very good strength. He is also a great blitzer off and has very good take of speed. On offensive, he can't be taken down. Consistently gets yards after contact. They can't take this kid down, he is very slippery. He is a legitimate threat on both sides of the ball, and whoever gets him in college is looking at the next Travis Hunter. Latta has been the anchor for the Smoky Hill offensive and defensive line. The 6'1 270-pound C/DT has 26 pancakes, 23 total tackles (9 solo, 14 assisted), 5 TFL, and 3 sacks. He has very good strength, very good hand placement, and hand strength. Controls and steers the defender easily. Very good quickness from snap to block. Good knee bend. Good initial quickness. Good acceleration from 1^st to 2^nd level blocks. Good get off speed and block shedding as a defensive tackle. Splits double blocks and consistently plays through the whistle. The 6'0 175-pound edge rusher has 54 total tackles (34 solo, 20 assisted), 19 TFL, 13.5 sacks, 8 QB pressures, 3 FF, and 2 FR. He has very good acceleration and good speed. Very good bend around the edge. Very explosive off the edge. Tucci gets a low pad level and uses his good hand placement mixed with a spin move to swift around the tackle. He creates pressure that leads to interceptions. Against Coronado, he ran through multiple OL to create pressure leading to an incompletion. He has relentless pursuit and doesn't stop till the whistle is blown. Lake has very strong hands and very good catching. Very good body control and adjustment to keep his feet in bounds or contort his body to make the catch. Lake is a beast with the ball in his hands, and can score on any play. As a receiver, he has a good release vs press jam, but very good vs off coverage. Good separation quickness. Very good catching and ball tracking. Suction hands to pluck the ball out of the air. Goes up for the contested catch and wins. Very good body adjustment and control to keep both feet in bounds on sideline catches. He will also go back to the QB in the scramble drill to make himself open for the easy completion.
