Pina is hands down one of the top receivers in the state in this '28 class and one of the top players in the central valley and should be closing in on his first offer soon. He has the ideal size and strength for the position, is extremely physical after the catch with the ball in his hands and has elite downfield speed with outstanding ball skills when making contested catches. He shows he can get off press coverage and create seperation downfield while a surgical route runner that bullies smaller defenders. Pina has put together multiple nearly 200 yard games this season and did it again with just under that on Friday night plus two scores, and continue son his sophomore season tear this fall.

Mao is another one of the top passers across the central valley and checks in as a top 35 passer in his class across California. He is a accurate and elusive pocket passer that can buy time with his legs and moves well in the pocket while keeping his eyes downfield and delivering on time strikes. Mao gets the ball out quick and is a high IQ guy that scans the field quickly and can move secondary players with his eyes before delivering. He has been stringing together some impressive weeks in the month of October and lands on our standouts list this week after throwing for an absurd 330+ yards and 6 touchdowns.

Smith the Arizona commit and arguably the top prospect and player in the central section this season, has been one of the top two-way guys across the state this fall and made a major impact on both sides of the ball on Friday night against a tough Clovis squad in a battle of two of the top teams. He showed his natural instincts, return abilities and elite football IQ on the backend while also mangling his normal running back duties as well. He had a total of five touchdowns in all three phases of the game, while rushing for nearly 200 yards and doing this all against a top tier Clovis defensive front. Smith is a special talent and tremendous get for the Wildcats in the Big 12 and he will be one of the top covered signees across the region as we near the first national signing day in a little over a month.

Howard who is one of the top passers in the 2028 class on the west coast has been on a tear so far this year for Clovis West and has really seen his recruitment pickup in recent months. He currently holds offers from the likes of Miami, ASU, Arizona, Fresno State, Oregon, Utah, SDSU among others and has elite mechanics and arm strength for his age and his recruiting should really explode this off-season once schools come on campus and see him throw/workout. He had another big showing on Friday night, throwing for nearly 250 yards and 2 scores and showing his dynamic playmaking abilities both through the air and with his legs. Look Howard to have a big post-season showing as well for this loaded Clovis West team as they should make plenty of noise.

Dixon is one of the more explosive players in the central section and checks into our rankings as a top 40 player at his position in the 2027 class across the state. He is a precise route runner with strong hands and good tracking abilities over the top while able to create seperation downfield and chunk yardage at the third level. After the catch he has good wiggle to make defenders miss and forces poor angles with sneaky third level speed and vision in space to attack the open field. Overall he is a very polished player and extremely dangerous with the ball in his hands and had a big week on friday night going for over 120 yards receiving and 2 scores and has been on a tear in his junior season having a breakout year.
