2028 Rankings: Risers

We discuss risers in our latest 2028 revised rankings.    Taio is an exceptional athlete and has elite potential. He has great size and has a good frame to grow into. He is light on his feet and an agile mover. He has quick hands and well versed in pass and run blocking. He has a great ceiling and is a multi-year Power-Four starter. He'll be an elite recruit that will be coveted by every major program.     Feinga has a ready-made frame for the next level and a prototypical blind side tackle. He moves well laterally for a player his size and has good quickness to his game. He shows good physicality and is a player who can anchor down a line for years to come. He'll be a major Power-Four recruit and is an exceptional talent.     Creed jumps 36 spots and comes in as the 16th-ranked prospect in the state and the WR5. He has good size and is a player who wins at all three levels. He does well getting vertical and tracking the ball. He shows strong hands and is a player who does well creating separation. He has a great ceiling and is a player who will garner Power-Four interest.     Carter jumps inside the top 20 overall and is firmly the QB2 in the class. He processes quickly, has a quick delivery, and does well leading his receivers open. He isn't afraid to take deep shots and stress a defense. He shows good pocket navigation and is a player who will continue to hone his craft; plenty to like.     Bridger jumps 18 spots and comes in as the 19th-ranked prospect in the state. He shows good instincts, is light on his feet, and does well weaving through traffic and slipping past blockers. He does well in space and can be asked to be in coverage. He shows good explosiveness and is a player who is suitable to attack and press forward.     Aisa climbs into the top 20 and he's found a home as a backer. He shows good instincts and has used his traits as an athletic quarterback and running back to his advantage. He moves well, is light on his feet, and has an understanding of what the opposing quarterback wants to do. He does well pressing forward and attacking. He sheds his blocks with ease and has good physicality to his game. There's plenty to like, and with his home being a backer, he'll garner interest from D1 programs.     Auston climbs 21 spots and comes in as the 23rd-ranked prospect in the state. He is an aggressive on-ball backer who shows good traits and cleans up the play, and finds himself near the ball carrier on most plays. He has good reactionary skills and is a player who shows good speed and strength. He's a player who has exciting traits that will garner interest in recruiting.     Naeata has good size and physicality in his game. He shows good patience behind the line and has good vision for the cutback lane. He shows good lateral quickness and can get to a closing gap with ease, and he survives initial contact and is a player who shows good physicality and contact balance. He will make a defender miss in close proximity, and is a running back who has the speed to get to the edge.     Logan is being used as a running back this year to find ways to get on the field, and he's turned out to be the best offensive weapon on the team. He's taken snaps at quarterback this year, and that will be his primary position, and he'll take over as the signal caller next year. He's been a good running back, but he's an even better quarterback, and next year will be his breakout. Everything he's done this year is just a primer for what's to come.
