Curtis was the best player on the field in what was a significant victory over rivals Pickerington Central. Daunte is an explosive rusher. He gets into the backfield quickly in pass rush and is reactive against the run. He's got great instincts and makes smart plays at a fast pace. Daunte is currently committed to Akron.

McBride continues to be a thorn in the side of defenses that have to match up against him. He finished with eight catches for 82 yards and three touchdowns. He's got incredible athleticism. He's a jump-ball threat in the red zone. He's great after the catch and can make himself slippery to tackle in open space. After missing half of last season, it's clear that Jovon wants to make a statement this season.

Crosier was a game wrecker off the edge for Westerville Central to contribute to their first win on the season. Crosier finished with four total tackles and two sacks. He's quick off the edge and has a good motor. He's got great drive to move tackles out his way, then can bend past offensive tackles to get into the backfield.

Norris is an underrated gem in Central Ohio. He's quick off the edge and can overwhelm offensive tackles with his athleticism. He's got power in his arms to shove back, and has great eyes to pick out the ball in reverse/play action situations. As a runner, he's got strong legs that can churn. He's got great contact balance and is a nightmare to bring down to the ground.

Snow doesn't have stats posted from their victory against Worthington Kilbourne, but his play on the field was impressive. He's a big runner, and has great strength in his upper body to bounce tacklers off of him. He's quick to get to his gap and is disciplined in letting the play develop in front of him.

Kal-el has been a great runner for Hamilton Township over several seasons. In Hamilton Township's win against Independence, Kal-el rushed for 165 yards and two rushing touchdowns on just 19 carries. He's got great vision. He can get shifty, or lower his shoulder to pick up extra yards. He is also a receiving threat out of the backfield. Kal-el doesn't have a weakness to his game.
