He has shown much improved arm strength/accuracy and can get the ball out quick with strong throwing mechanics and touch over the top. He erupted for nearly 300 yards and 5 TD's while adding another rushing TD and showing he can be dynamic with his legs both when buying time and on designed runs outside the pocket. Look for Mao to continue having a breakout season for Hanford and start drawing college interest into this off-season.

Howard who is one of the top '28 signal callers across the country, has seemed to pickup right where he left his freshman year campaign at last year. He has some of the most impressive throwing mechanics and arm strength we have seen in any sophomore quarterback on the west coast and has proven through the first few weeks of play why he is already a national recruit. Last week he threw for 5 touchdowns in a throttling of Liberty-Bakersfield and has totaled 300+ yards through the first two weeks with 7 total touchdowns and has Clovis West at 1-1 heading into week 3 after a tough loss to Edison-Huntington Beach in week 1.

Crisp has been one of the top quarterbacks across the central valley for the past couple seasons and is getting off to a hot start in the first couple weeks of his senior season for Tulare Union. He can get the ball out quick, has the ideal throwing mechanics with a snappy release and does a nice job quickly moving through his progressions. Last Friday night he threw for 300+ yards and 5 scores in the first half alone. He should start drawing plenty of D3+ college interest through his last season as he is one of the top available signal callers in the central valley.

Najera has no shortage of weapons to throw to for Golden West, including one of the top sophomore wide outs in the state and has gotten off to a tremendous start in his junior year campaign. He looks to have full command of the offense and can spread the ball around while able to throw deep and take what is given underneath. In week 2 he threw for 320+ yards and 4 touchdowns while adding on another nearly 70 yards on the ground. A very athletic passer, he should become a household name by this time next year and have a breakout 2025 campaign.

The young sophomore signal caller is already statistically one of the leading passers across the central section and is well on his way to becoming a college caliber prospect. He has a strong build, shows effecient throwing mechanics with the ability to deliver both in the pocket or across his body on the run and shows he can fire from various arm angles and buy time with his legs in the pocket. Gomez gets the ball out quick, moves through his progressions with ease and seems to be very comfortable back there, especially for a first year starter. In week 2 he threw for 262 and 2 TD over a very well coached and tough Paso Robles squad.
