Jackson Polloway: Rumson-Fair Haven

Jackson Polloway impressed with his strong armed Saturday afternoon and I think he has huge potential to be a true gunslinger. Jackson could really put a lot of velocity behind the ball when he let it go and could throw it on a line. If he can crisp up his mechanics, he will be lethal through the air.

Jared Oldam: Hazlet

Jared is a small but very shifty wide receiver. Jared showed off his hand skills by doing a great job catching the ball away from his body even when the ball came in quick. He had trouble during his back peddle on defense, but that's something Jared could fix up quickly.

[player_tooltip player_id='1493511' first='Vito' last='Guccione']: Middletown Eagles

Vito is a rangy and tall wide receiver that has the potential to be a dangerous jump ball threat. Vito showed that the most when he hopped off of one foot to high point the ball, never giving the DB a chance to come down with it.

Gavin Gaj: Howell Rebels

Gavin Gaj showed a lot of promise with how good his throwing mechanics looked. He threw the ball with a lot of zip behind it and was one of the more accurate throwers on the day when they went to live action. That was on full display when he lead a receiver across the middle with perfect touch. He also showed great timing when he hit a 10 yard curl quickly before the DB could react. A smaller and slender frame, I think Gavin may have the highest of ceilings on this whole list.

Andrew Brown: Marlboro Mustangs

Andrew Brown showed a lot of skill as a wide receiver, doing a phenomenal job tracking the ball and coming down with it over the shoulder. He also had a pass underthrown in his direction but was able to make the adjustment to come down with it. He may not be the fastest wideout, which is why I could see him excelling as a tight end.

Kishawn Laing: Middletown Eagles

Kishawn Laing showed sticky coverage downfield as a cornerback, staying toe to toe with the receiver as they made their way down the sideline. He also did well as a wide out to catch it away from his body and prevent it from bouncing off his chest. On one pass Kishawn got some air to high point the ball and secure the catch later on in the tryout, showing off his explosiveness.
