Top Returning 6A Wide Receivers

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The 6A classification is loaded with returning talent at wide receiver, featuring playmakers who put up big numbers last season and are poised for even more in 2025. From deep threats to reliable possession targets, here's a look at some of the top returning wideouts set to lead their teams this fall.</h2>    Arnett is the division's top returning receiver after a breakout junior year that saw him rack 1,230 yards and setting a 6A state record with 24 touchdowns on 58 receptions. A quick twitch slot receiver, he accelerates hard off the LOS and wins with advanced route running, precise breaks, and creative releases. His top end speed and lateral agility make him a threat to score from anywhere on the field. Arnett holds five current offers and is #71 overall in the PRZ state rankings.      As a sophomore, Huynh was among the state leaders in several receiving categories going for 1,094 yards and 11 touchdowns on 65 receptions. A polished route runner with explosive versatility and natural playmaking ability. Consistently creates separation and attacks all three levels of the field against both man and zone coverage. Does a great job creating positional leverage and setting up his routes with a series of stems, head fakes, and tempo changes. Strong hands, plus body control, and adjustment ability to play the ball in traffic. Six D1 offers from a variety of FBS and FCS programs and one of the top 2027 receivers in the state.      Oliver established himself as a national recruit and one of the top 2028 WR prospects throughout an impressive freshman season going off for 861 yards and 11 touchdowns on 43 catches. An explosive playmaker, he blends elite athleticism with advanced route running and natural pass catching ability. Displayed excellent fluidity and change of direction getting in and out of his breaks with the top end speed to stretch the field vertically or take short passes for long gains. An extremely difficult cover with his ability to release off the line and create separation early in the route. Already holds nine D1 offers including several high profile programs but will see his recruitment on the rise as the recruiting cycle progresses.      The Stanford commit is one of the top WR's in the state and finished with 846 yards in the 2024 season turning 13 of his 65 receptions into touchdowns. 6'3” 200 lbs. he's got a great frame with elite level athleticism. He's a go to target that is extremely reliable on critical downs. Possesses all the key traits you look for in a top tier talent with his ability to separate from coverage using both speed and technical route running. Competes for every ball at the high point and is able to use his frame/length to his advantage at the catch point. Collected 28 total D1 offers and still has tons of upside to build as he develops at the major college level.      Fitzgerald is another piece to Brophy's loaded roster. The 6'2” 205 lb. Notre Dame commit finished the 2024 season with 720 yards and nine touchdowns on 52 receptions. Consistently wins at all three levels with physicality and creativity as a route runner. He's able to use his strong frame to fight through contact and gain positional leverage to play the ball in the air. Deceptive route runner that sets up and sells his routes with good timing and sharp change of direction. Shows he can drop his hip level and burst out of the break to separate. Elite level ball skills at the catch point. He flashes quick hands with good timing and body control to adjust to off target throws. Extends to play the ball away from his body giving him a large catch radius. Explosive off the line, he brings the speed to stretch the field and challenge defenses vertically. PRZ's top ranked 2026 WR in the state and collected 32 total offers from many of the top programs in the nation.
