The Northwest Top 100 List ranks the top athletes in the region from the classes of 2026-28′ as one group. Keep in mind there are (6) total classes within Oregon and Washington, so it's not your normal list. Here we project out on who we think will have the most successful collegiate and potential professional career.

Looking at the top 100 we see a total of 64 Washington and 36 Oregon athletes listed which makes sense with Washington holding a 2 to 1 population advantage. You will see updated offers and commitments next to each individual's name. Thus far UW leads the pack with 5 commits, along with UCLA, Boise St, Oregon St, Arizona, Washington St, and Nevada all having 2. Oregon, Michigan St, Utah, Stanford, W. Virginia, Wisconsin, Colorado, New Mexico, San Diego St, BYU, Harvard, Idaho, E.Washington, Sac St, and UC Davis all have 1.

Here is a quick summary of #51-100...

As we continue with the top prospect list, we see 85 out of the top 100 athletes being committed or having an offer from a D1 school. #51-100 features a ridiculous amount of talent with elite line size, along with individuals with offers from the likes of Oregon, Tennessee, Arizona, and Oregon St.

A trio of 6-7 Oregon offensive lineman lead the group with [player_tooltip player_id='1110967' first='Connor' last='LaGrow'], [player_tooltip player_id='914288' first='Carter' last='Paul'], and [player_tooltip player_id='770046' first='Quinn' last='Wicklow'] all holding D1 offers. Each of these big men could blow up with Paul having FCS All American potential as an Idaho commit.

2027 OL [player_tooltip player_id='1241961' first='Will' last='Lynch'] out of Lake Stevens, along with two more Oregon guys in [player_tooltip player_id='769923' first='Bryce' last='May'] and [player_tooltip player_id='769924' first='Kalani' last='Ioapo'], will all hold multiple division 1 offers before they are done.

6-5 DE/TE Washington standouts [player_tooltip player_id='1704119' first='Robby' last='Lavata'i'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1645194' first='Darren' last='Schmitt'] sit at the top of this list with commitments to San Diego St and Arizona.

The WR group is exceptional here in my opinion with [player_tooltip player_id='402395' first='Braxton' last='Singleton'] having a super high ceiling with an offer from Boise St. [player_tooltip player_id='914278' first='CD' last='Nuno'] out of 4A Philomath is another player the Broncos have offered at LB. He is also a 1st team all-state talent at receiver. Junior to be [player_tooltip player_id='937738' first='Kase' last='Betz'] of Graham Kapowsin is the real deal. He is your POY favorite among all WR's.

Eastern Washington got a steal with the commitment of 6-3 Beaverton WR [player_tooltip player_id='769925' first='Oliver' last='Luebkert']. I would expect him to be one of the best in the Big Sky. 2027 athlete [player_tooltip player_id='1679407' first='Seth' last='Price'] out of Lake Stevens is another kid with a stock that is rising quickly, sitting with multiple D1 offers and NFL genes.

Two highly ranked freshman standouts from last season [player_tooltip player_id='1226917' first='Kaeden' last='Weaver'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1613644' first='Presley' last='DeLance'] are both legit. Weaver received the early Oregon St offer with DeLance killin it over the off season.

Keep an eye on new Skyline WA 2028 QB [player_tooltip player_id='1789793' first='Ben' last='Odom'] who just moved here from Texas. He already has a handful of D1 offers. RB's [player_tooltip player_id='987161' first='Lance' last='McGee'] and [player_tooltip player_id='284119' first='Ansu' last='Sanoe'] are committed to Oregon St and Washington, although Sanoe will likely play on the defensive side of the ball in college.

Central Catholic 3* [player_tooltip player_id='402415' first='Killian' last='Sombe'] just added another offer from UNLV with [player_tooltip player_id='726156' first='Damari' last='King'] out of Roosevelt HS in Washington being highly recruited by the Rebels as well.

Last but not least [player_tooltip player_id='1128444' first='Max' last='Jones'] out of Bellevue who will be the 3A POY favorite in Washington heading into the season. The kid can play.

51.[player_tooltip player_id='1368334' first='Elijah' last='Carney'] 6-2 190 27' ATH Lincoln WA OFFERS (4) Oregon, Tennessee, Sac St

Expect a big year from Carney who made 20 tackles with 2 INTs in only 5 games last season. If top ranked QB [player_tooltip player_id='1188085' first='Sione' last='Kaho'] has the season we all think, Elijah could be a primary recipient offensively and thrive on both sides of the football.

52.[player_tooltip player_id='1704119' first='Robby' last='Lavata'i'] 6-5 225 26' DE Curtis WA COMMITTED: San Diego St

Credit to the Aztecs as Lavata'i was an under the radar guy for a period of the time. He's still somewhat raw but could end up being one of the best players on this list collegiately.

53.[player_tooltip player_id='1226917' first='Kaeden' last='Weaver'] 6-3 195 28' WR North Creek WA OFFERS (1) Oregon St

Weaver projects as a major D1 recruit with OSU coming in early. He finished his freshman season with 48 receptions for 700+ yards and 10 TDs and can expect a consistent double team the rest of his HS career.

54.[player_tooltip player_id='1645194' first='Darren' last='Schmitt'] 6-5 225 26' TE Evergreen WA COMMITTED: Arizona

The big man averaged 13.1 yards per catch with 5 TDs last season, committing to the Wildcats over the likes of Cal and Boise St. His best days look to be ahead of him.

55.[player_tooltip player_id='1110967' first='Connor' last='LaGrow'] 6-7 280 26' T Tualatin OR OFFERS (1) Air Force

The 1st team all TRL tackle had a phenomenal junior year and will be listed high on multiple recruiting boards. He earned honorable mention all-state honors last season and is a year young for the grade, making him that much more appealing from a recruitment standpoint.

56.[player_tooltip player_id='914288' first='Carter' last='Paul'] 6-7 300 26' T Lakeridge OR COMMITTED: Idaho

If this commitment holds the Vandals could have gotten themselves a future FCS All American. I would expect numerous big-time universities to come in on the 6-7 Paul in the coming months.

57.[player_tooltip player_id='1789793' first='Ben' last='Odom'] 6-0 180 28' QB Skyline WA OFFERS (5) Maryland, North Texas, UTSA

Odom should immediately get in the mix for Skyline and be one of the top QB's in the state as a sophomore. The transfer from Texas comes from a football family with his dad now on staff at UW.

58.[player_tooltip player_id='987161' first='Lance' last='McGee'] 6-1 215 26' RB Sumner WA COMMITTED: Oregon St

The 3* RB will be an interesting one to watch collegiately. McGee makes the move from Davis HS to 4A state champ Sumner after going 1300+ yards and 22 TD's to go with 90 tackles last season. Kids a player.

59.[player_tooltip player_id='726156' first='Damari' last='King'] 5-11 180 26' RB Roosevelt WA OFFERS (4) UNLV, Nevada, Montana St

The Co Offensive POY in the Metro went for 1,389 yards and 22 TDs last season. King hasn't been highly recruited but he's one of the top players in WA and could be one of the biggest steals in the West.

60.[player_tooltip player_id='1188110' first='Michael' last='Pulalasi'] 6-0 220 27' LB Puyallup WA OFFERS (1) Portland St

Another reason Puyallup could be one of the top 4A programs in the state this coming year. Pulalasi makes the move from Lakes after earning conference POY honors on the defensive side of the ball as a sophomore, accounting for 116 tackles with 11 TFL's. Credit to PSU on being the first to extend an offer as he will have many more.

61.[player_tooltip player_id='985355' first='Amosa' last='Masaniai'] 6-0 205 28' Safety Emerald Ridge WA OFFERS (1) Nevada

Masaniai has some of the best film in the NW among 28's. He earned honorable mention all SPSL honors at Safety, finishing the year with 34 tackles and 3 INTs. It was not a surprise he made one of the biggest jumps of any athlete in the state on the rankings board.

62.[player_tooltip player_id='770046' first='Quinn' last='Wicklow'] 6-7 260 26' T Jesuit OR OFFERS (4) N. Arizona, E. Washington, Portland St

Wicklow has one of the highest ceilings of any lineman in the West. He's still relatively raw and could easily put on 40 pounds of good weight with his frame. Look for him to continue to add offers.

63.[player_tooltip player_id='402395' first='Braxton' last='Singleton'] 6-3 195 26' ATH North Salem OR OFFERS (3) Boise St, Nevada, Portland St

Boise St has done a great job of recruiting the NW and this is a perfect example of that. Singleton is one of the only players in the region who could play at the highest level collegiately on either side of the ball. Give him a ton of credit for leading his conference in INTs with 5, while also going for 590 yards and 4 TDs, on a 1-8 North team.

64.[player_tooltip player_id='937738' first='Kase' last='Betz'] 5-11 170 27' WR Graham-Kapowsin WA OFFERS (3) Montana St, Portland St

I would consider Betz one of the top two-way threats on the west coast for his class. If he was to end up at Montana St, he would be a perfect example of why they are playing for national championships. As a sophomore he caught 50 passes for 858 yards and 11 TDs, earning 1st team all-league honors at WR. He also added 29 tackles with 4 PBU's and 1 INT on D.

65.[player_tooltip player_id='1613644' first='Presley' last='DeLance'] 6-4 220 28' WR Lake Oswego OR

One of the fastest rising prospects in the region. DeLance has had a phenomenal off season, breaking out at the Northwest Showcase, with an MVP type performance. He has the physical tools and ability to be a legit contributor for what looks to be a #1 ranked Lakers team heading into the season.

66.[player_tooltip player_id='1679407' first='Seth' last='Price'] 6-1 195 27' WR Lake Stevens WA OFFERS (2) Nevada, Montana St

Price made a significant jump up the rankings board after an impressive sophomore year where he averaged 10.2 yards per catch with 5 TDs. He has D1 genes and could just be getting started from an offer standpoint.

67.[player_tooltip player_id='1241961' first='Will' last='Lynch'] 6-5 260 27' OL Lake Stevens WA

Lynch earned 1st team all-league honors this past season after starting every game as a freshman for the Vikings. As of right now he's one of the most underrecruited players in the region considering his D1 projection.

68.[player_tooltip player_id='1110921' first='Chaz' last='Katoanga'] 6-2 190 26' Safety Nelson OR OFFERS (5) Air Force, Portland St, Georgetown

I would expect Katoanga's recruitment to pick up during the season. He should be considered the #1 ranked pure DB in Oregon, earning 1st team all Mt Hood honors last year. As mentioned numerous times he is a freaky overall athlete with size.

69.[player_tooltip player_id='284119' first='Ansu' last='Sanoe'] 6-2 210 26' RB Lakeridge OR COMMITTED: Washington

The Pacers are absolutely loaded with Sanoe once again being the featured guy out of the backfield. It will be on him to show what he can do against 6A's top competition, after going for 10 TDs and earning 2nd team all-state honors last season.

70.[player_tooltip player_id='402415' first='Killian' last='Sombe'] 5-10 200 26' RB Central Catholic OR OFFERS (5) Boise St, UNLV, Washington St, Portland St

Sombe went down with an injury and missed last year after a breakout off season that saw him garner multiple D1 offers. If CC is going to beat the likes of Lake O and West Linn it will be because of the run game.

71.[player_tooltip player_id='769925' first='Oliver' last='Luebkert'] 6-3 190 26' WR Beaverton OR COMMITTED: Eastern Washington

EWU potentially just landed one of their biggest commits ever. You will likely see multiple universities pursue Luebkert in the coming months, as he's largely gone under the radar. His positional MVP honors at the Army All American combine, to go along with his 60 catches for 1128 yards and 8 TDs last year, speak to his ridiculous upside.

72.[player_tooltip player_id='936920' first='Jasiah' last='Agnimel'] 6-3 205 27' WR Lake Oswego OR OFFERS (2) Sacramento St, Portland St

The big WR is one of the fastest rising recruits in the NW, making the move to Lake O from Mountainside, where every Friday night is a different top 10 matchup. Look for him to potentially double his numbers from last year where he caught 23 passes for 425 yards and 3 TD's, averaging 18.48 yards per catch.

73.[player_tooltip player_id='914278' first='CD' last='Nuno'] 6-3 205 26' LB/WR Philomath OR OFFERS (1) Boise St

Look for Nuno's stock to continue to skyrocket. The 1st team all-state 4A WR has gone for close to 2000 yards and 20 TD's the last two seasons, but was offered as a LB by Boise, just to put his overall athleticism into perspective. It wouldn't surprise me a bit to see him jump way up this list.

74.[player_tooltip player_id='1165359' first='Isaiah' last='Docken'] 6-5 215 26' WR/TE Gonzaga Prep WA OFFERS (2) Air Force, Portland St

Maybe the biggest sleeper in the state as of right now. His 800+ yards and 10 TDs in a Wing T Offense, which runs 90% of the time, speaks to his ridiculous upside. He was a 1st team all GSL selection last year.

75.[player_tooltip player_id='769923' first='Bryce' last='May'] 6-4 320 26' OL/DL Cascade OR

May is a D1 guy and will eventually have multiple options at that level. He's one of the rare athletes who could be named 4A lineman of the year on both sides of the football.

76.[player_tooltip player_id='769995' first='Evan' last='Wusstig'] 6-0 175 26' ATH West Salem OR OFFERS (1) Portland St

From a pure talent standpoint Wusstig is one of the best in Oregon. Expect him to add multiple Big Sky offers and be an all-state kid on both sides of the ball.

77.[player_tooltip player_id='1165398' first='Austin' last='Glivar'] 6-2 220 26' LB Sumner WA OFFERS (1) Portland St

I've had Glivar ranked higher than most. He's been a 1st team all-conference selection the last two seasons helping his squad to the 4A state title last year. Overall the kids a winner. Credit to PSU on being the first to offer.

78.[player_tooltip player_id='1128444' first='Max' last='Jones'] 5-11 200 26' RB Bellevue WA OFFERS (1) Portland St

Jones is the real deal in my opinion. He went for 1,861 yards and 24 TDs last year, helping his team reach the state title game. I would expect most of the Big Sky to offer.

79.[player_tooltip player_id='769924' first='Kalani' last='Ioapo'] 6-5 325 26' OL West Linn OR

Another lineman who is expected to break out from a recruitment standpoint in the coming months. Ioapo hasn't gotten out on the camp circuit, but he was an elite lineman for the state champs last season, earning 1st team all TRL and honorable mention all-state honors.

80.[player_tooltip player_id='984711' first='Maxten' last='Cook'] 6-2 180 28' WR Lake Stevens WA

Cook has legit size and 4.5 speed. What he did as a freshman for the traditional state power was impressive, catching 20 passes for 383 yards and 4 TDs. His 19.2 yards per catch average speaks to his upside.

81.[player_tooltip player_id='1112394' first='Geovoney' last='Burks'] 6-2 215 26' LB/ATH Roosevelt OR OFFERS (2) Sacramento St, Idaho

One of the fastest rising recruits in the state. The 3* LB recently added his first couple D1 offers and will go into the season being a PIL POY favorite for top coach Ryan McCants and the Roughriders.

82.[player_tooltip player_id='1599631' first='Ashton' last='Pillard'] 6-4 220 27' TE Sumner WA OFFERS (2) San Diego St, Montana St

The big TE has had a nice offseason garnering multiple D1 offers and positional MVP honors on the camp circuit. There is still a lot yet to be determined here, but expectations will be high for him and the 4A state champs with Carter Cocke graduating.

83.[player_tooltip player_id='984867' first='Jayden' last='Baum'] 6-2 200 28' QB Evergreen WA OFFERS (1) Sacramento St

Credit to Coach Swain and his team with Evergreen being one of the fastest rising programs in the region. Baum had a special freshman season, hitting on 75% of his passes while throwing for 2,050 yards and 21 TDs.

84.[player_tooltip player_id='985353' first='Ofa' last='Taufalele'] 6-2 315 G Life Christian Academy WA OFFERS (3) Washington, Portland St

The big man can play on either side of the ball, while projecting at guard offensively. Taufalele was offered by the Huskies back in May and has an incredibly bright future, with LCA finishing 9-2 last season.

85.[player_tooltip player_id='1110964' first='Cole' last='Newton'] 6-4 225 26' TE Tualatin OR

I've had Newton ranked a D1 guy for a while now and he helped solidify that at the NW Showcase, racking up MVP TE honors. He had an impressive stat line last season with 25 receptions and 7 TDs.

86.[player_tooltip player_id='985358' first='Cale' last='LaFountaine'] 6-5 320 28' T/DL Orting WA

There is still a lot yet to be determined when it comes to Lafountaine but the potential is there for him to be a big time D1 recruit. He earned O line MVP honors at Idaho's camp and is expected to have a dominant sophomore year.

87.[player_tooltip player_id='985356' first='Solova'a' last='Steffany'] 6-1 290 28' OL/DL Graham Kapowsin WA OFFERS (2) Portland St, Sacramento St

Steffany is physically elite and had an outstanding off season racking up his first couple D1 offers. Give the Big Sky schools credit as he will be sought after by numerous universities. He racked up O line MVP honors at Cal a few months back and will project as a 1st team all conference guy this season.

88.[player_tooltip player_id='1568794' first='Drenden' last='Knaevelsrud'] 6-4 205 27' LB Mount Si WA

As mentioned Knaevelsrud was the only sophomore in the 4A KingCo to earn all-league honors, racking up 2nd team accolades and leading the D with 80 tackles. He's added some size and impresses with his overall versatility, being able to play multiple spots on the field.

89.[player_tooltip player_id='1585693' first='Jack' last='Tuenge'] 6-3 210 26' LB Jesuit OR COMMITTED: Harvard

I was late to the party on Tuenge who is a high-end academic kid and had numerous Ivy League offers to go along with Utah St. The Crusaders bring back a super talented 2026 group and he is one of the leaders.

90.[player_tooltip player_id='991884' first='Scottie' last='Dinnwiddie Jr.'] 6-0 180 28' WR Decatur WA

Maybe the fastest rising prospect in Washington. Dinwiddie makes a big jump up the rankings board after catching 17 passes for 505 yards and 8 TDs (30.2 ypc), while also accounting for 3 INTs on D.

91.[player_tooltip player_id='685329' first='Deondriel' last='Paine'] 6-1 210 28' LB/RB Roosevelt WA

Paine got in the mix for a good Roosevelt team, averaging 5 yards per carry. He's a big back who possesses legit size and speed but could end up projecting from his LB spot. Look for him to be one of the only players in the Metro to earn 1st team all-conference honors on both sides of the ball in the coming years.

92.[player_tooltip player_id='1609595' first='Iden' last='Rule'] 5-11 190 28' RB/LB Tualatin OR

From a projection standpoint a lot will depend on continued growth, but Rule is an unquestioned D1 athlete. Playing against his peers as a freshman he was a man amongst boys. He comes from a talented family and will likely be a multi-year 1st team all-state selection.

93.[player_tooltip player_id='584705' first='Adonai' last='Ve'e'] 6-0 220 27' LB Kentwood WA

Some of the best film in the state. Ve'e plays at a different speed but is still one of WA's most underrated defenders in my opinion. As a sophomore he earned 1st team all-conference honors, making 91 tackles, with 4 sacks, and 21 tackles for loss.

94.[player_tooltip player_id='685276' first='Sirjewel' last='Glover'] 6-1 185 27' WR Rainier Beach WA OFFERS (4) Nevada, Montana St, Portland St, Idaho

Glover continues to add offers and had a nice season on the 7v7 circuit. That said as there is limited tape on him with a lot of eyes on Rainier Beach this coming season.

95.[player_tooltip player_id='1335622' first='Mekhi' last='Fields'] 5-11 180 28' DB Rainier Beach WA OFFERS (1) Sacramento St

Fields was a 2nd team all-Metro selection as a freshman and backed up his play this off season both in the weightroom (500+ pound squat) and on the 7v7 circuit. He will likely be a double digit D1 offered athlete.

96.[player_tooltip player_id='1012408' first='Kaden' last='Johnson'] 6-0 165 28' CB Bellevue WA OFFERS (1) Sacramento St

The youngster could play early for Bellevue with his talents being on display as part of the FSP program this off season. He is a lockdown corner who also brings a lot to the table academically.

97.[player_tooltip player_id='1188104' first='Royce' last='Miller'] 6-0 205 27' RB WA Kennedy Catholic

Keep an eye on Miller now that he is fully healthy. He averaged 8.1 yards per carry as a freshman with 400+ yards and 4 TDs and has the potential of being a legit D1 guy with 4.4 speed.

98.[player_tooltip player_id='1620395' first='Luke' last='Jennings'] 6-4 290 28' T/DL Glacier Peak WA

Watch the film as Jennings is incredibly versatile for a big man, showing off his overall athleticism on the defensive side of the ball. He will project as a tackle and could break out on the recruiting front this coming season.

99.[player_tooltip player_id='1530872' first='Jordan' last='Noel'] 5-10 170 27' CB Kennedy Catholic WA OFFERS (1) Sacramento St, Portland St

Noel made a significant jump up the rankings board with his 4.43 speed and a super impressive sophomore campaign, landing his first few D1 offers. He excelled on defense with 7 INTs and had 5 TDs with only 7 catches offensively. Unreal numbers.

100.[player_tooltip player_id='796694' first='Jordan' last='Rossetta'] 6-5 215 27' QB Grants Pass OR

What GP record didn't this kid break last year? Rossetta earned 1st team all-league honors finishing 1st in the state in passing yards (2,728) and 2nd in passing TDs (34), while setting 6 school records. The Cavemen have an elite 2027 class and should compete for a conference title this season.
