Szabo is coming off a freshman campaign that would make most varsity upperclassmen jealous. A poised and polished dual-threat quarterback, he's already shown command beyond his years — reading defenses, extending plays with his feet, and delivering the ball accurately at all levels. With nearly 2,500 total yards and 23 touchdowns as a freshman, Szabo enters his sophomore season as a rising name in Midwest quarterback circles. His recruitment will heat up rapidly as his body matures and his deep ball continues to develop.

Rashaud Truss – RB – Hilliard Bradley – 2028
5'9" | 170 lbs
2024: 780 rushing yards, 13 TDs; 144 receiving yards, 2 TDs
Twitter: @RashaudTruss

Truss already looks like a future feature at the next level. As a freshman, he racked up nearly 1,000 all-purpose yards and found the end zone 15 times. He runs with urgency and low pad level, showing great vision between the tackles and enough burst to break outside. Truss is a name that could end up on FBS radars if he continues to progress as a pass-catcher and adds size. His combination of production and skill makes him one of the top backs in Ohio's 2028 class.

McKnight is one of the most heavily recruited defensive backs in the Class of 2028. He earned meaningful varsity reps at Pick North — a perennial Division I power — and made them count. His frame, technique, and athleticism jump off the tape. McKnight plays with confidence in press and off-man coverage and has elite instincts when the ball is in the air. With a rapidly growing offer list and two full seasons left, McKnight is trending toward Power 5 territory.

Cyren Wallace – RB/S – Danville – 2028
5'7" | 150 lbs
2024: 1,009 rushing yards, 14 TDs; 80 tackles, 2 INTs
Twitter: @CyrenWallace

Wallace is a certified playmaker on both sides of the football. Despite his small-school setting, he turned in a monster freshman season — eclipsing 1,000 yards on the ground and making 80 tackles on defense. His vision and footwork as a runner are advanced, and he plays with a fearless edge on defense. Wallace was instrumental in Danville's deep postseason run and is the type of two-way athlete that evaluators at all levels take seriously. With added mass and continued reps, his ceiling is extremely high.
