2025 WV Team Preview: Elkins Tigers

Transfer additions over the off-season have bolstered the Tigers' roster and should allow them to take the next step forward this year. He'll make a big impact on both sides of the ball for the Tigers and will be an excellent blocker in their Wing-T scheme this year. Eversole has a quality H-Back body type, but could play as an EDGE rusher in college as well. He set records for the Hawks as a sophomore, rushing for over 2,000 yards and 30 touchdowns, and ranked as the #2 RB in the 2027 class by us. Hatfield will further thrive in Elkins' Wing-T scheme and will be their homerun hitter in the backfield who only needs a small crease to break free. He's a talented two-way player who was almost ranked as a running back, but debuts as the #2 EDGE in the 2027 class. His 36 tackles and 14 TFLs as a sophomore prove that he has a lot of potential as an EDGE/OLB, depending on how his body develops by his senior year. Bremigan is a much different athlete than Lambert, but is someone who we've been high on since seeing him at a camp his freshman year. He's a guard body who's a quality athlete with good feet that will do well in a Wing-T scheme for the Tigers.
