Tuesday Takeover: 5 2027s With HUGE Junior Seasons Ahead

Welcome back to our Tuesday Takeover series!   Today, we're focusing in on 5 2027s we expect to have huge seasons this upcoming fall. These prospects are seriously talented, so we dove into the tape to see what lies ahead!   As always, make sure you watch their film below! You won't want to miss out on these guys before this fall.    [player_tooltip player_id='1715107' first='Elijah' last='Foreman'] is a talented OL/DL out of Woodlawn who's been generating a lot of collegiate attention this offseason.   "Foreman is a dominant OT who helps open up so much of Woodlawn's rushing and passing attacks. At 6'3 285, Foreman has great size, quickness, and strength he uses to dish out massive blocks at the line of scrimmage and beyond. I love seeing how Foreman plays through the whistle, he'll drive defenders back several yards off the LOS and into the dirt- his effort in the trenches is unmatched.   I'm seriously impressed with Foreman's skills in pass protection. He's quick on his feet, has active hands, and consistently pancakes defenders to provide plenty of time for his quarterback to work with in the pocket. With his versatile skill set, the sky's the limit."   Foreman currently lists offers from Jacksonville State, North Alabama, UT Martin, and more. With what he's shown, plenty more will be on the way soon.   Make sure you watch some of Foreman's film below. He and Woodlawn are set up for a big season this upcoming fall.      [player_tooltip player_id='1635118' first='Qua' last='McNeal'] is a talented LB/RB out of Jacksonville who's coming off a huge sophomore season last fall.   "At LB, McNeal is a highly instinctual and versatile defender who can make plays against the run and pass. McNeal is a tackling machine who quickly reacts to what opposing offenses are doing- his play recognition, speed, and IQ allow him to always be in the right place at the right time. I'm super impressed with his skills against the pass; he can make plays out in coverage and generate pressure on the quarterback really well.   At RB, McNeal thrives off his quickness out of the backfield. He can easily make defenders miss with how he quickly cuts and changes his direction. When you pair that with his vision and speed, good luck stopping him, MnNeal's a big play threat with the ball."   In his second year, McNeal recorded 113 tackles (34 solo, 4 for loss), 9 PBUs, 3 FFs, 2 FRs, and one sack.   McNeal put together some great tape from last fall, make sure you give him a watch below:      [player_tooltip player_id='1618585' first='Alex' last='Bercide'] is an up-and-coming DB out of Auburn that we're going to have to keep track of this fall.   "At 6'1 180, Bercide has the size and frame you want in a DB. He's big, physical, and has the instincts to quickly react in the secondary, leading to stops all around the field.   I'm seriously impressed with how well Bercide plays against the run. He does a great job flying downhill, fighting off blocks, and making impressive plays in pursuit. Bercide is a talented tackler who doesn't allow for big carries on his side of the field- once he initiates contact, it's impossible for RBs to keep on their feet."   I think Bercide has the potential to break out and have a huge year for Auburn this fall, check out some of his film down below:      [player_tooltip player_id='1692235' first='Micah' last='Merritt'] is a talented DL out of Alabama Christian Academy who's set up for a big season this fall.   "Merritt is a strong piece of ACA's defensive front who consistently finds ways to make huge plays behind the line of scrimmage. Merrit is a dominant pass rusher who uses his speed and hands to fly by OTs to the quarterback. Merritt already has a wide set of different moves he uses to beat OL with, it's incredibly impressive to see from an underclassman.   Merritt can also produce against the run. He's strong at the point of attack, and is a reliable tackler down by the line of scrimmage who makes stops for loss or little gain every time the ball is run his direction."   In his sophomore season, Merritt recorded 35 tackles, 7 sacks, and 1 TD.   Merritt put together some great tape from last season, give him a watch and you'll see what I mean:      [player_tooltip player_id='1635286' first='Jaylin' last='Adair'] is a talented RB out of Lincoln who put together an impressive sophomore season last fall.   "I'm a BIG fan of what [player_tooltip player_id='1635286' first='Jaylin' last='Adair'] can do with the ball in his hands. He has a unique blend of speed, twitch, and physicality that he uses to make defenders pay in the open field- it's hard to believe he's only a sophomore. Adair is incredibly elusive with the ball- he has great speed and can effortlessly cut and change his direction, constantly leaving defenders in the dust.   On top of his elusiveness, Adair is incredibly tough for defenders to take down. He has great contact balance, is a hard runner, and plays with a ton of effort. All of this leads me to believe he has a huge junior year on the horizon- watch out this fall."   In his sophomore season, Adair totaled 81 carries for 420 rushing yards and 2 TDs, and 13 receptions for 131 yards and one TD.   Make sure you check out some of Adair's film below.
