Dupree is off to a hot start and is one of the top rushers in the state through the first half of the season. He is a well-rounded, strong player who can stay on the field every down. Has a strong, broad-shouldered build, gifting him the physique to stand in and block while also handling a workload. He has contributed as a receiver, which ties his game together. Dupree is a high-floor, well-developed prospect who has FBS attention under his belt.

Pryor has exploded to start the year, and as it stands today, he is the leading receiver in AL. He can make plays at all levels, but is best vertically down the field. He is explosive off the snap and maintains his top gear, allowing him to eliminate cushion and quickly get behind the defense. His speed alone is enough to threaten on a straight line, but he throws head fakes and shoulder nods at the top of routes to further deceive DBs. He holds D1 offers and is off to a hot start.

[player_tooltip player_id='1864620' first='Marcus' last='Price'] debuted in our top 40 of the recent rankings update, and since then, he has started to emerge onto the national recruiting radar. At 6'2 230, he is tailor-made to set the edge, and proves it on tape with his ability to anchor against contact.

What a start to the year for Braswell. When I watched prior to the season, I was bullish on his upside as a long, lean corner. This year, he is starting to tie everything together. He is a smooth athlete who can tap into different gears and flip over both shoulders to chase the football. He is urgent, especially as a pursuer, frequently hawking the ball down from across the field. Braswell will see both his overall and position rankings balloon.

Garrison is one of the more intriguing QB prospects in AL, and his hot start to 2026 will boost his placement in our next rankings update. There's so much horsepower here, both as a runner and as a passer. He is all of 6'2 220, and is a functional athlete with the ability to wear down defenses and pick up tough yards as a runner. He is an easygoing passer with smooth mechanics and easy life on the ball. He should introduce himself as another D1 passer in this 2028 class.

Coleman is one of the state's leading tacklers through the first few weeks. There's a lot to like here, especially when you factor in his upside. He is thin, but athletic. He pursues at a high level for the position and is capable of playing in space. Will need to get bigger to hold own at the FBS level, but I love how he engages contact, even at this stage. Coleman will jump into the top 100.

Skaggs is one of our most productive players outside of the top 200, and he is off to a hot start this year, too. If you are going to stand out at a small school and want a shot to play in college, you better dominate, and that is what Skaggs does. He is strong at the point of attack, but he rallies and plays with effort to, which is what leads me to believe he can translate his game to at least a small-school level. Expect Skaggs to stay towards the top of leaderboards this fall.

Barnett has picked up where he left off last year and is one of the most productive junior passers in Alabama, while playing very efficiently. He plays much bigger than listed in the sense that he has no problem fitting the ball into tight windows and getting it behind safeties. His ball placement is at an elite tier and will be his calling card as a prospect. I am still expecting future growth, so there is some upside to get fired up about.
