His ability to cover wide receivers one-on-one is excellent. He has the speed, athleticism to contain wide receivers. His ability to turn and run with a wide receiver is one of the best skills I have seen for a cornerback in a while. He also shows good ball skills by knocking down passes thrown in his direction or intercepting them. He also shows a good ability to tackle in the open field. Pitts is a dynamic cornerback in the 2026 class. He is committed to playing football at Pittsburgh, which is a perfect fit for Hoke. His strength and athleticism are off the charts for a defensive lineman. Hoke's ability to fire off the ball and create issues for opposing offenses is impressive to watch on film. I like his patience as a running back as he waits for the hole to open, and then he hits the hole. He is tough to bring down with one defender, as he just runs through contact well. Especially arm tackles, he just bounces off them. Now, he might not be a speedster, but if he gets into the open field, he has the speed to run by defenders for big plays. He is excellent as both a run and pass blocker. As a run blocker, he does a good job of firing off the ball and blocking defensive linemen. He has excellent feet as he drives defenders well off the ball. As a pass blocker, he is excellent at moving his feet and staying in front of edge defenders. Logan visited with Colgate in April, but I have not seen anything since on his Twitter account. I am blown away by his film. You do not see many quarterbacks with his size (6'3") that move like he does. He has a cannon arm and has good footwork and mechanics as a thrower of the football. He throws a good deep ball where he puts the perfect amount of touch on the ball. He is also a good athlete who moves well inside and outside of the pocket. He played as a quarterback last year, where he showed a consistent ability to throw the ball. He also showed good athleticism in the way he moved around as a quarterback. He shows good technique as he fires off the ball well. He also blocks in the run game well by driving defenders off the ball. I really like how he combo blocks defensive linemen. His ability to fire off the ball and block defensive linemen is excellent. He has good strength, so he can block in both the run game and the passing game at a high level. Flaherty also has good fundamentals as he fires off the ball from his stance and starts at a high level. You see his talent on the field, though, because he is a dynamic playmaker running back and shows good skills as a defensive back. On offense, he is a good running back who has the burst and speed to make defenders miss. Once he gets into the open field, he is off to the races to the end zone. He also shows good return skills as he makes defenders miss and uses his speed on kickoff returns to return long kickoffs. He has limited film from last year, but he shows good coverage skills as a cornerback. If the ball is thrown in his direction, he is able to get his hands on the ball and knock it down. You also see he has a great feel for the game, as he knows how to play as a defensive back at a high level. He is excellent at maintaining contain and not letting anything outside. This goes along with his ability to take on blocks and always keep his leverage outside. The other big part of his film is his motor. It never stops. On one play, I saw him get knocked down, he got up, and chased the play down for a sack. Urschler looks like he is playing tight end as well this year, so he could make an impact there as well.
