Ferronato is one of the top weapons across the Bay Area heading into his Junior season for the North Bay power and has had a very nice off-season thus far. He is a versatile weapon that can lineup anywhere on the perimeter or the backfield and is explosive at the first two levels. He is a twitchy and elite route runner that can gets in and out of his breaks quickly and into blind spots before breaking off and snags the ball out of the air with good tracking abilities and strong hands. After the catch, he is tough to bring down and can make defenders miss in space/force poor angles with his top end speed. Checking into our rankings as a top 50 player at his position across the state, he is poised for a huge Junior season and should get plenty of next level looks as he moves through his last two prep seasons.

Schaaf is one of the top '27 linemen in the northern California region and is a nasty interior mauler that can play both tackle or guard. He has a nasty inside punch, strong leg drive/good base through contact and can finish blocks downfield with ease. He shows he can combo/scrape across the line to block in space and takes the proper angles to second level defenders. In pass protection, he stays within his frame and can quickly reset his hands while anchoring down against bull rushers. He should have plenty of FBS offers come his way after his Junior season.

Wafer is one of the top returning backs across the central valley, and another prospect that is a no-brainer next level kid. He is a patient runner that shows good open field speed, a strong initial burst and shows quick foot speed, lateral agility and short area quickness in traffic. In the open field, he is tough to take down due to sneaky third level speed and contact balance, and he also shows he is a natural pass catcher out of the backfield. Wafer checks into our rankings just outside the top 300 and should breakout for Buchanan in 2025.

Jones is one of the top two-way playmakers in the 2027 class across the vaunted WCAL and can play multiple positions at the next level but projects as a safety. He is a high IQ and physical player that can cover ground quickly and bangs in the box when coming down in run support. He shows natural ball skills and is a smooth athlete for his size that has the frame to continue to pack on weight/mass over the next two years. Moving up in our rankings as a top 33 player at his position across California, look for Jones to truly breakout in 2025 for this loaded Riordan squad.

Taylor is one of the top players in his class across the Sacramento region, and is a very athletic and versatile player that can play anywhere across the line and is a natural bender in and out of his stance. Taylor has a quick first step, wins with leverage and inside punch at the POA and can create immediate vertical push while showing he has a high IQ and patient hands in pass pro. Taylor is another prospect that should take a big step in his junior season for Christian Brothers, and should burst onto the scene this Fall.
