Moriarty is someone who has been on the radar since day one and has only improved each year. He's added muscle over the years and built out his frame, which has helped him in the trenches. He nearly doubled his production as a junior compared to his sophomore year. 108 tackles, 7 TFLS, 2 sacks, 2 passes deflected, and 2 forced fumbles. Moriarty is all over the field, physical, and has been a leader for TV for years.

Ogden is a versatile player who can play both the second and third levels. He's been hyper-productive over the past few years and has a good eye for the ball. He's able to make open-field tackles and cut off big plays. His 104 tackles, 18 TFLs, 3 sacks, 3 interceptions, 2 passes deflected, and 3 forced fumbles on the year loaded up the statbook, but showed just how versatile he can be. He's sideline to sideline down after down, and his motor is hard to duplicate.

Beck isn't the biggest player on the field, but he's always one of the most productive. He's a 2-way player who seemingly never comes off the field and was their workhorse back on offense last year. Beck has back-to-back 1000+ yard seasons in the backfield. 1460 with 20 TDs with 7.6 YPC as a junior. He then turned around and added 102 tackles, 5 TFLs, 1 sack, and a pass deflected defensively. I appreciate guys like him who do it all and don't expect a big parade when the job is done.

Dunn burst onto the scene for Whiting this year, and I thought he finished the season as good as anyone. His confidence flourishes throughout the year, and he began making plays all over. He's got fantastic range and vision. He sees things developing and can get there to disrupt the timing. His 97 tackles and 1 interception on the year were career highs. He's got good body control and doesn't take bad angles when coming downhill, so he's always able to put himself in position to make the play.

Buskirk started for Michigan City this year and made a name for himself right away. He's someone who can terrorize the backfield and get back there down after down. He's got a quick first step and good upper body strength, which lets him get off blocks. His 18 TFLs and 7 sacks this year were impressive. Add in his 92 total tackles and 2 forced fumbles, and you can see why offenses started going away from him. Buskirk got in the heads of offenses last year and should be someone to watch this fall.
