The University of Wisconsin-River Falls puts the "mega" in Mega Camp. The 2025 UWRF Minnesconsin Mega Camp was one of the fastest days of life, as 10+ hours of scouting flew by like it was a day at the amusement park when you're an elementary schooler, and with over 1,200 prospects from all around the world (yes, the world, thank you NFL Academy), PrepRedzone sent five different scouts to one of the Midwest's premier camps on the summer circuit. However, even with 10 eyes on the lookout for studs, you simply cannot even begin to try and see a quarter of the prospects you want to, but I was still happy with the names and faces that stood out at one of the nation's most "mega" mega camps, which included an overwhelmingly talented skills group of over 800 prospects strong that descended on the Western Wisconsin DIII powerhouse. Thanks again to Head Coach Matt Walker for having us, we love us some Falcon football. Your Midwest Scouting Director's linemen standouts are below!

[player_tooltip player_id='1610031' first='Bryce' last='Ott'] (Oshkosh North, WI) 2026. QB. 6'7, 204 lbs.

One of only a handful of quarterbacks I got to watch at the 2025 Minnesconsin Mega Camp, Ott was easily a Top Performer and Standout, and it made sense why FCS Western Illinois has offered the Oshkosh North product going into his senior season. In addition to his strong basketball background, Ott owns a big arm, some must-mention athleticism (4.47 shuttle, 8'8 broad, 32" vert), smooth, consistent mechanics, and the ability to stretch the ball to all three levels of the field with accuracy. Ott's about to tear it up in 2025 with the Spartans.

713: [player_tooltip player_id='923852' first='Noah' last='Kalipe'] (Prior Lake, MN) DB. 6', 178 lbs.

Undoubtedly one of the top performers and biggest winners from the 1,200+ prospect UW-River Falls Mega Camp, I was not familiar with Prior Lake DB [player_tooltip player_id='923852' first='Noah' last='Kalipe']'s game prior to the Minnesconsin Mega Camp. Beginning with one of the strongest testing performances of any skill player in attendance, a testing showing that included a blazing 4.55 40, lightning-quick 4.06 shuttle, 9'2 broad, and 33.4" vertical to showcase an electric amount of athleticism that didn't show up in his junior tape from 2024. This is why in-person camps matter, and it also helps that Kalipe was one of the stickiest DBs PRzMN saw during the 1v1 competitive session. No wideout could beat him deep, and Kalipe's ability to maintain phase and fly out of his breaks and stick & plant with effectiveness resulted in more than his fair share of PBUs and 1v1 wins. Someone is in for a rankings bump!

Robert Piskula (Cedarburg, WI) 2026. LB. 6'2, 205 lbs.

One of my favorite finds from the 2025 Minnesconsin Mega Camp, Piskula is about as big of a sleeper as it gets, as the Cedarburg product tore his ACL in 2024, setting himself up for a tough road to recovery, but I'm happy to say the kid is back and better than ever. At 6'2, 204+, Piskula popped off a 4.53 in the 40, which I watched with my own two eyes, and the kid had some real-deal get-off, no wasted movement, and a fluid stride that popped off low 4.5 40s back-to-back, including in front of the Wisconsin Badgers staff. He added a 4.4 in the shuttle, a 9'2 in the broad, and a 36.5" vertical to showcase some potentially game-changing athleticism and versatility on the fields of River Falls, and I got a good look at him during 1v1s, where his coverage ability was some of the best amongst a loaded linebacker group. Active feet, able to stop/start with impressive burst and acceleration, and his technique and COD ability helped him break up passes against a variety of routes during 1v1s. I'm buying stock early going into the 2025 season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1610029' first='Tyler' last='Richter'] (Franklin, WI) 2026. LB. 6'4, 205 lbs.

I love Franklin High School prospects, and Richter is yet another example of the elite type of athletes the Madison-area powerhouse pumps out year after year. With a great frame that is just asking to put weight on in a college strength and conditioning program, Richter went 4.7 in the 40, 4.31 in the shuttle, 9'7 in the broad, and 36.6" in the vertical, and he was able to display some sudden COD ability and noticeable instincts and coverage ability during 1v1s.

Matthew Okunade (NFL Academy) 2026. WR. 6'5, 175 lbs.

Yet another eye-popping prospect from the talented contingent of NFL Academy recruits to descend on the UWRF Minnesconsin Mega Camp, Okunade has D1 athlete written all over him. After watching him go 4.55 in the 40, the 6'5 wideout with a massive wingspan had firmly caught my attention and eye, and he finished his testing session with an excellent 4.31 shuttle, 9'8 broad jump, and 38.8" vertical jump, hinting at some potential freaky pass-catching ability at 6'5, and he was putting on a clinic during 1v1s against helpless DBs from the Upper Midwest. With an enormous wingspan and catch radius, Okunade could easily reel the rock in while fully extended, as well as climb the ladder with frightening ability, and his strong hands could finish 50/50 balls and contested catches with ease. I also liked his nasty releases at the LOS, and Okunade was able to change tempos as a route runner and create separation with impressive ability for a 6'5 wideout. It's always cool to see dreams get made during the summer camp szn, and Okunade is a great example of the UWRF Minnesconsin Mega Camp's potential for high school prospects, as he was offered by NSIC heavyweight Augustana University after the camp, and the NFL Academy product committed nearly a month later. Get ready NSIC, Moose is coming in hot!

Quantayvious Roberts (Minneapolis North, MN) 2026. DB. 6'1, 187 lbs.

One of the biggest winners of both the UWRF Minnesconsin Mega Camp as well as the 2025 summer camp circuit in Minnesota, Minneapolis North has yet another stud DB on their hands, as rising senior Quantayvious Roberts had his coming out party during the UW-River Falls Mega Camp. Built like a LB and able to play either SAF or CB, Roberts opened some eyes during testing, going 4.66 in the 40, 9'1 in the broad, and nearly 31" in the vert, and his 1v1 session was even stronger, as the lockdown CB had the most INTs I saw during competition and looked good doing it. His ability to stay in phase with a variety of different WR skillsets was as fluid as it was consistent, and his hand usage was effective at both the LOS and throughout a WRs route. He was able to disrupt timing, had a good knack for identifying and triggering on different WR routes, and was physical at the top of the route and catch point. Welcome to the scene, Quantayvious, he earned his first DII offer after the camp from MSU-Mankato, and college program with a heckuva legacy of Minnesota-born defensive backs.

Jamari Brown (Mount Carmel, IL) 2026. WR. 6', 171 lbs.

Coming out of the Chicago talent-factory of Mount Carmel High School, Brown represented his prolific Caravan program well, catching my eye as the most successful WR during 1v1s of the 2025 UWRF Mega Camp. Brown created some serious steam on the recruiting trail in 2023 and 2024, earning offers from Central Michigan, Kent State, Eastern Michigan, Ball State, Ole Miss, and Toledo, back in January of 2025, and I can see why he's so popular after watching him work in River Falls. After blowing the roof off testing, as shown by his 4.64 40, 4.33 shuttle, 9'9 broad, and 37" vert, Brown collected win after win after win during 1v1s, in large part due to his vertical speed, deep ball tracking ability, and shifty & sudden route running skillset. Nuanced and natural when creating separation and did a great of stacking DBs once he was able to get a step on corners and safeties alike. This kid is the real deal. Where are the offers at this summer?!

Honorable Mentions

[player_tooltip player_id='1658019' first='Ronell' last='Willis Jr']. (Minneapolis North, MN) 2026. DB. 6'1, 166 lbs.

Another Minneapolis North product showing up and showing out in River Falls, Willis Jr. - a recent PrepRedzoneMN Showcase standout - was an absolute ballhawk during 1v1s, using his combination of quickness and physicality to reel in 2 fantastic INTs and break up more than his fair share of PBUs throughout competition as well. Willis Jr. is great at shutting down wideouts at the line of scrimmage in their releases, and his hand usage is as mean as it is effective. You're going to feel this kid when you line up against him. Strong day for Willis Jr. and Minneapolis North as a whole.

[player_tooltip player_id='1255132' first='Jay' last='Sanders'] (Minneapolis North, MN) 2026. WR. 5'9, 179 lbs.

An exceptional athlete coming out of Minneapolis North, every time I saw Sanders he was running by some helpless DB with five+ steps to spare. Sanders is simply untouchable in 1v1 unpadded situations thanks to his athleticism and explosiveness. One of the best route runners and wide receivers in Minnesota going into 2025.

Brayden Luckman (New Berlin Eisenhower, WI) 2027. DB. 6'1, 174 lbs.

Luckman, a long, lean, and explosive rising junior DB out of the Wisconsin D3 ranks and New Berlin Eisenhower High School, caught my eye during positional drill work, as his footwork was clean, he could drop his hips and get out of his breaks with pace, and his length was an asset at the catch point. Could be a big season for Luckman.

Carter Moesch (Bonduel, WI) 2027. DB. 6'3, 194 lbs.

Yes, you saw that right, Moesch came in at a verified 6'3, 194+, showing up as a massive safety with more room to grow and fill in. With strong athletic numbers during testing, including a 4.7 40, 4.43 shuttle, 8'2 broad, and 29" vert, I liked Moesch's quickness during drill work, and the small school Wisconsin product owns positional versatility with the potential to bump down to linebacker at the next level. Good coverage skills for his size during 1v1s as well.

Ryan Martin (De Pere, WI) 2027. DB. 6'4, 178 lbs.

One of the biggest DBs I saw during the 2025 UWRF Minnesconsin Mega Camp, Martin was a tall drink of water, with overwhelming size and length for the position that was very hard for wideouts to contend with in tight spaces. Additionally, he showed a bit of twitch when changing direction and in coverage, and I think he also has the potential to slide down closer to the LOS in college and play some linebacker.

Cameron Meiners (Ankeny Centennial, IA) 2026. WR/TE. 6'6, 200 lbs.

A towering and physically dominant presence on the perimeter during 1v1s of the Minnesconsin Mega Camp, Meiners was a standout during all three phases of the UWRF-led Mega Camp, going 4.72 in the 40, nearly 9' in the broad, and 33" in the vert, and that mismatch ability and size/speed combination was on full display during 1v1s. Possessing sticky hands and solid COD ability, Meiners presented one of the largest and most effective catch radiuses in attendance in River Falls. This dude is a certified sleeper.

Chase Leary (Brandon Valley, SD) 2026. DB. 6'1, 190 lbs.

Coming out of a powerhouse South Dakota program in Brandon Valley, DB Leary was physically put together and had a heckuva performance during all three phases of the 2025 UWRF Minnesconsin Mega Camp. Starting with his 4.6 in the 40, as well as 4.48 shuttle, 9'4 broad, and 34" vertical, Leary was putting some serious athleticism on the table, and he was garnering some noticeable attention from college coaches at a variety of levels, especially once 1v1s got going. Long, twitchy, and played fast, Leary is going to be a great college player no matter where he ends up.

[player_tooltip player_id='1292275' first='Donovin' last='Diaz'] (Cretin-Derham Hall, MN) 2027. WR. 6'2, 170 lbs.

A legit 6'2+ with some great bloodlines backing him, Diaz came alive during 1v1s of the 2025 Minnesoconsin Mega Camp, showing off a dynamic route running skillset that was giving a variety of DBs problems throughout 1v1s. I saw Diaz hit a dirty stutter-and-go for an easy win against a talented CB competitor, and Diaz also proved himself to be an accomplished and effective 50/50 ball winner with some serious vertical ability. Also a good basketball background behind him as well!

Ty Sanchez-Evans (Mason City, IA) 2026. TE. 6'3, 250 lbs.

Another Hawkeye/Cyclones State product who drove up to River Falls for the 2025 Minnesconsin Mega Camp, Sanchez-Evans' size presented a ton of issues for DBs at the catch point, and his soft hands and strong overall frame helped him to consistently reel in contested catches from physical linebackers. I saw the Mason City product get a couple nice wins at the top of the route throughout 1v1s, and he tested well at his size to open up the camp as well.

CJ Rasco (Nicolet, WI) 2026. DB. 6', 176 lbs.

Quick, powerful, and versatile, I saw Rasco win at both WR and DB during the 2025 Minnesconsin Mega Camp, as his physicality and change of direction ability was useful as both a route runner and coverage corner.

Tom Porter (Gridiron Imports) 2026. WR. 6'2, 185 lbs.

Another international prospect hailing from New Zealand but playing some high school ball in Germany, Gridiron Imports product Porter popped off some serious explosiveness during testing, going 4.69 in the 40, 4.56 in the shuttle, 9'4 in the broad, and nearly 30" in the vert, and he showed off a dynamic and versatile route running skillset during 1v1s that caught, and held, my attention. Porter was sudden in cuts and COD ability, concise and fluid in his movement, and was a deep threat who could easily beat defensive backs when going vertical. He had some strong wins throughout the competition and was an effective and natural route runner who more than held his own against a variety of DBs. No offers either!

Mikkel Ngassa (NFL Academy) 2027. DB. 6'4, 183 lbs.

No testing numbers and didn't get to watch Ngassa during competition, but the NFL Academy product was a physical eye-catcher at a verified 6'4, 180+, and he had some loose hips given the size and age. Someone could be getting a steal here.

Neo Stoelken (Hamburg, Germany) 2026. LB/DE. 6'4, 214 lbs.

First Team All-Lobby, First Team All-Eye Test, and First Team All-Testing, Stoelken was an eye-popping linebacker out of Europe who blew the water off the testing portion of the UWRF Minnesconsin Mega Camp. At a verified 6'4, 214 lbs., Stoelken went 4.71 in the 40, 4.31 in the shuttle, 8'11 in the broad, and finished with a 31" vertical. Although I didn't get to see him during 1v1 competition, this size and athleticism projects optimistically into a potential college suitor despite some competitive disadvantages coming out of Germany. Hit this dude up, coaches!

Moritz Strempel (NFL Academy) 2026. LB. 6'5, 211 lbs.

My lord, check out these testing numbers. At 6'5, 210+, Strempel went 4.5 flat in the 40, 4.31 in the shuttle, 10'4 in the broad (!!), and 40.9" in the vertical! I mean, this is elite, especially at 6'5, and Strempel was yet another shining example of the freaks that NFL Academy is pulling out of the rest of the world. The 2026er played safety for his high school in Germany, which included games against four different America high schools, and he has recently been offered from Maine and Bucknell. Get this dude on your radar ASAP, I'm kicking myself for not being able to get some eyes on him during competition.

Rafael Varona Blakstad (NFL Academy) 2026. WR. 6'6, 183 lbs.

Representing England, Varona Blakstad has a serious multi-sport background, as the massive matchup nightmare is a former rugby star who was in the Saracens academy as a youth, one of the best rugby teams and academies in Europe. Once you see the testing numbers and verified athleticism you can see why he's so multi-dimensional and dynamic, as the massive wideout went 4.7 flat in the 40, 4.3 in the shuttle, 9'1 in the broad, and 33" in the vertical, highlighting some rare size/speed/explosiveness combination that does not grow on trees. The harp on international prospects can sometimes be competition and technique, but I watched Varona Blakstad during 1v1s and had no idea he such a new football player, although the upside was very much obvious during competition. 50/50 ball standout with a ton of arial ability and confidence, and he cut his routes off well for a taller wideout. This dude has potential written all over him.
