Football season never really ends. There really isn't an "offseason" when it comes to the most serious athletes. Many of these athletes have been putting in the work since the 2024 season ended. Below are some of the guys that are doing enough to gain significant attention over the last few months.

I got the chance to see Eli work out in the winter and came away incredibly impressed. Even as one of the youngest kids in attendance, Eli consistently moved and threw the ball far beyond his years. The training he is getting is top notch, and it's showing early. He is incredibly accurate, even on off platform situations. As Eli continues to mature both physically and mentally, he will likely become one of those small school gems that we see so often in this state. I am really confident in his trajectory and love where his abilities are at so far. Huge stock riser in my eyes so far this offseason.

For me, this is a culmination of all the hard work and time spent by Wynn this season honing his craft. He has been crushing the 7 on 7 scene, hitting his peak as he led Michigan Made through a gauntlet of a weekend in Canton Ohio a few weeks ago to the 18U Championship Game. His presence in the pocket and ability to distribute the ball all over the field is super impressive. Deep balls, intermediate and short timing routes, even difficult ball placement reps looks to be easy for Diegel. By all accounts, Diegel is an incredibly hard worker and does all of the right things to make himself better. That is really paying off and I am expecting a big-time season in 2025!

[player_tooltip player_id='1558511' first='Daylin' last='Taylor'] has put together a really solid offseason so far. I absolutely love what I saw out of him on film last season. He's a super heads-up player who knows how to find the open space in the defense and work to give his quarterback a window. He's an elite athlete who just ran a 4.6 40 time at the Prep Redzone Combine. Taylor has all of the ability in the world to have a huge breakout in 2025. His WR MVP honors at the PRZ Combine solidifies him as a top stock riser, especially in this 2026 class.

Cooper made me look into him more after posting the best testing numbers across the board of any linebacker at the Prep Redzone Combine. He's a smooth moving athlete with a great motor and clear instincts. Osborne is going to be a crucial piece for Novi this season. He provides a spark, especially as a run stopper. He can read a play and get downhill quickly, delivering sure tackles.

This is a guy who absolutely deserves a shot at the next level. For multiple years now, I have seen Zack continue to improve. He has gotten bigger, faster and stronger and has improved his technique over and over again. He has continued to attend every camp and showcase he can to compete and show off his skill. Size doesn't tell the full story for Zack, and there's no reason that he doesn't see some offers come his way before long.
