The 5'8 170-pound speedster had 99 carries for 576 yards with 8 touchdowns. Releford Jr. has elite acceleration, speed, very good change of direction, and good jumping. He is a weaver, using his change of direction to juke out defenders and run around them. Da'Kari beats them with his speed. Very good vision and uses that to thrash the defense. When he is out in space, he uses his home run speed to blaze past the defense. He puts his shoulder down and demonstrates his good trucking. During the 3A championship game, he was a measurement of consistency and reliability with his 15 carries. When the ball is in his hands, watch out. He uses his COD to weave through the defense, but he also isn't afraid of getting physical. He'll put his shoulder down and create contact. He's a reliable catcher in the passing game. Against Palmer Ridge was a great example with his 5 catches for 63 yards. He's elusive and tough. Demonstrates good catching ability out of the backfield.
