Moore had himself a night during the Lewis-Palmer loss to Palisade. Moore is a bruising back that continues to get better with the more carries he has and as the game progresses. He had 30 carries for 216 yards with 1 touchdown, averaging 7.2 yards per carry with his longest rush being 27 yards. Moore has good athletic ability due to his very good acceleration, balance, good speed, and change of direction. Very good vision. Moore was consistently picking, sliding, and accelerating into open holes all night long. The offensive line paved the way and Moore gashed the defense for big gains. Very good inside running with good outside running. Moore does a great job getting yards after contact. Consistently running over defenders or using a powerful stiff arm to gain extra yards. Great contact balance to keep churning out yards. The way Moore is running, he will go over his last season’s yardage!

Moore has been a consistent running back for Lewis-Palmer. This past season, he had 1211 yards on 168 carries for 12 touchdowns. He displays good athletic ability due to very good balance, acceleration, good speed, and change of direction. Uses his very good vision to pick the correct hole and run through it. If his first gap is covered, uses dynamic jump cuts to pivot into the open hole. Very good inside running. Picks, slides, and accelerates. Good outside running.  Moore is a bruiser. He will drag defenders with him for extra yards or punish them with his stiff arm and strength. I’m intrigued to see how he ups his game his season and keeps putting up numbers with upper echelon running backs.

Moore consistently gains yards after contact with his bruising ability. He has very good strength, and good stiff arm. He’s an exciting running back that has separated himself in the 2027 class.

This junior put the team on his back, and helped will Lewis-Palmer to a win over the Discovery Canyon Thunder. Moore had 20 carries for 200 yards and 1 touchdown, and complemented other running back Troy Johnson perfectly. Moore has good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, balance, good change of direction, and speed. He has an explosive start and uses his good vision to find route through the defense. Moore has good jump cuts and will make defenders miss with them. Very good inside running and good outside running. He’s the type of back to consistently move the chains. He gets yards after contact due to his strength and running through defenders. Great performance by the running back.

Moore has established himself as one of the most physical and punishing backs in 3A. With 784 rushing yards and eight touchdowns, Moore thrives in-between the tackles, consistently wearing down defenses with his bruising running style. He isn’t known for catching passes out of the backfield but what he lacks in versatility he makes up for in raw strength and consistency. Moore has a knack for finding tough yards in short yardage situations and excels at finishing drives near the goal line. His ability to control the tempo of a game and move the chains has been key to his team’s offensive success. As the season progresses, Moore’s power and toughness continue to set the tone early.
