Heading into a busy June and July, here is a quick look at four of the highest-ranked uncommitted athletes in the Kansas Class of 2026.

Eight of the 20 top-ranked athletes in Kansas have already verbally committed to college programs, but there is a ton of freakish talent still left to choose from in Kansas.

Last year, more than 400 Prep Redzone Kansas-ranked athletes signed to play college football, with members of the Class of 2025 still being recruited.

One of he top uncommitted offensive weapons is Thunder speedster Hajek. He is ranked No. 9 overall in the Kansas Class of 2026 and has yet to verbally commit to a college program. He will be heading to camps at Harding University, the University of South Dakota, and Lindenwood University. Hajek has posted eye-bulging career stats of 5,000-plus yards rushing, 88 rushing touchdowns, and 115 total touchdowns.

The highest uncommitted Kansas quarterback in the Class of 2026 is Shawnee Heights' Scott. He threw for over 3,000 yards and 32 touchdowns for the Thunderbirds last fall. He has an offer from the University of South Dakota. He has an offer from Benedictine College in his pocket and is being recruited by his hometown Washburn Ichabods. Scott is ranked No. 11 overall and is the second-ranked quarterback among his signal-calling peers.

College coaches still looking for a monster at tight end with great hands should be lined up at Kobuszewski's door. Or should be at least sliding into his DMs. I still enjoy poking fun at my age. The Seaman tight end is ranked No. 13 overall by Prep Redzone Kansas and remains undefeated. He has caught a total of 83 balls for 807 yards over the past two seasons. One of the upsides to his game is that he is still learning the position and is super coachable. He has an offer from Missouri Western. I don't think there is any way he does not end up at a Division I or II program.

Davis is the second-ranked defensive lineman in the Kansas Class of 2026 rankings and is also ranked No. 20 overall. He has offers from Lincoln College, Independence Community College, and Nebraska-Kearney. He has already competed in multiple combines this season and is getting his name out there. He finished his junior season with 66 tackles and three quarterback sacks. He is explosive off the ball and can play defensive tackle or defensive end, depending on a program's needs.
