After a strong sophomore season for the dynamic dual-threat QB, Rasheed looks to take another step forward in 2025. Rasheed shared the backfield with two P4-level RBs in 2024. With one of the two out of Atascocita now, Rasheed should be in a prime position for a thousand-yard passing and rushing season for the Eagles in his junior campaign. While slightly small-framed, Isaiah recently ran a 4.55 40 and runs with surprising power. He carries these traits along with great poise and touch in the pocket, which he looks to build upon. Rasheed holds an offer from Arizona.

Great frame, raw arm talent, and sneaky acceleration. The upcoming junior out of Cypress has all the natural talents necessary to take the step forward as a top Lone Star gunslinger. Hagger can push the ball down the sidelines with great back shoulder accuracy. With improving mechanics and more experience, Hagger has the potential to progress from his 2,000 total yards and 21 total touchdowns from a season ago into a dual-threat monster in 2025. Holds offers from Louisiana and UTEP.

It's a safe call to get ahead of Highland Park QB's stock early! This is clearly the case for the upcoming third-year leader of the offense for the Scots. In his first year as the starter, Randall threw for 3,900 yards and 40 TDs while adding 12 more scores on the ground. Buck looks to make a massive leap with his premier program in 2025. Growing into his frame and developing the deep ball will be huge for Randall, adding to his elite pocket awareness, intermediate passing game, and changing arm-angles. Has earned an offer from Colorado State.

The tall sophomore from South TX flashes elite dual-threat ability. Anderson's film shows a unique combination of top-end speed, lateral change of direction, and deep ball ability. The production on the ground in his sophomore campaign was next level, compiling 856 rushing yards along with 11 touchdowns. While he accounted for just 680 passing yards and 5 TDs through the air, "Tam" has the arm talent to build upon his passing game with time in the pocket and continued scrambling success. Anderson has 5 total offers, including Texas Tech.

Transferring in from Flower Mound High School, Spinks looks to continue to progress after an electric sophomore season that saw him excel in throwing the ball outside the numbers and over the top of the secondary. Spinks has some raw ability with improvements to make in his progressions. But the lefty has a rare combination of arm strength, touch, and athleticism that will set him up to be a major name this year with Summer Creek. Currently holds offers from UTSA and Incarnate Word.
