The GC Exposure Camp took place on a beautiful but windy Saturday afternoon. Many talented prospects from the 2026 to 2029 classes participated in the opportunity to showcase their skills in front of various college coaches. Here are the defensive linemen who performed well at the showcase!

2026 Portage (IN) EDGE/DE TJ Ramsey was the top defensive lineman at the GC Exposure Camp on Saturday, in my eyes. Ramsey was dominant during 1-on-1s coming off the edge and won every rep I got footage of. What he lacks in length, Ramsey makes up for with quickness and bend, getting under longer offensive linemen and making it very difficult to get their hands cleanly on him. He's also very good in block shed with a bevy of pass rush moves to utilize and always keeps his arms and hands moving to fight off blockers. Ramsey would be a great value add for a D2 program.

A young edge rusher to know in the 2027 class is Huntington's [player_tooltip player_id='1272661' first='Antonyo' last='Paschall']. He currently ranks as our #2 TE in the class, with the Highlanders having an arsenal of defensive linemen to use, which limited reps on that side of the ball last season. Seeing him live, Paschall is a better fit as an EDGE prospect moving forward, especially once he bulks up some more over the next two years. He has a long wingspan and is a good athlete coming off the edge, which proved to cause serious issues for opposing offensive linemen at the showcase. Once he develops some more pass rush moves and when to redirect mid-play, Paschall's potential will be further realized. His ceiling is very high for the position and will be a top name to know in the class.

Another young Huntington Highlander defensive prospect to know is interior OL/DL [player_tooltip player_id='1272161' first='Jeremiah' last='Lyles']. He ranks as our #2 defensive lineman in the 2027 class right now after producing for one of the top programs in the state on both sides of the ball last season. His frame translates best along the defensive line and was one of the top interior DL at the showcase. Lyles doesn't have elite size, but is strong and powerful for his age. He drove offensive linemen backward as a zero-tech throughout 1-on-1s, playing with low leverage and firing out of his stance.

A 2028 lineman prospect who certainly didn't look like a rising sophomore in high school to know is St. Albans OL/DL [player_tooltip player_id='1624426' first='Devon' last='Green']. This young man is a very strong, powerful athlete for his age with great size for a 2028 prospect who started for the Red Dragons as a freshman last season. Green's best side of the line has yet to be determined, but he can be dominant on both interiors with some improvement athletically. As a bull rusher at Saturday's showcase, Green was simply too strong for the opposing centers and guards. He could gain ground on his man every time I saw him take a rep, and I look forward to getting some game film of him in the future.

I liked 2028 Nitro lineman [player_tooltip player_id='1260138' first='Steven' last='Kinney'] as an offensive lineman before Saturday's showcase, where he started as a freshman for the Wildcats. However, after seeing him perform as an interior defensive lineman in 1-on-1s, his future may just be brightest on the defensive side of the ball. Size was always going to be an uphill battle as an OL prospect even with very strong freshman film, but Kinney can excel at DL with his skill set. He's very physical for his age with a nasty streak to utilize and showed quality pass rush moves and quickness off the line for a young interior DL at the camp.

2027 Capital DL [player_tooltip player_id='1616326' first='Jay'Sean' last='Walker'] was someone I wasn't very familiar with before Saturday's showcase, but he impressed during 1-on-1s. He was explosive when firing off the line and had quick hands, which kept offensive linemen uncomfortable. Walker was able to redirect easily mid-rush and had his man guessing which way he would go at times throughout 1-on-1s. He also has power to utilize as a bull rusher and was able to utilize that trait at the beginning of his rush before working a move. Walker was light on his feet and had great short-area quickness for an all-around impressive performance.

2027 Cabell Midland DL [player_tooltip player_id='1589349' first='Aiden' last='Estep'] earned a Top Performer spot at our Stock Up Showcase earlier this year and looked even better at Saturday's Exposure Camp. He looked bigger than he did back in early January and carried the momentum he built back then into another strong showing four months later. Estep looked strong with athletic upside during 1-on-1s that gave offensive linemen issues at times. He can further develop pass rush moves and maximize his potential by utilizing his hands more to shed blockers, but keep tabs on Estep over the next two years as a prospect who can make long strides.
