Film is one of the best tools to self-scout, evaluate, and improve. As is the case with any rankings update, we want to celebrate and highlight select prospects who had some really nice film and talk about their game. That said kill the lights, close the blinds, and turn the projector on and join me, as we prepare to enter the film room to discuss what I saw on film.

There is something about the water in Wayne Township that just seems to produce very good football talent. Both the town's hills and valley are bountiful with solid prospects, including Wayne Valley's [player_tooltip player_id='1540910' first='Bryce' last='Flower']. Flower runs really well and has a twitch and moves suddenly when having to retreat. This same twitchiness makes him a disruptor in the quick passing game. I get the sense that Flower has a big, lean, and impressive frame. As a safety, he does a really good job of re-establishing the edge when playing the run in the alley. Perhaps what is most enticing about Flower as a prospect is that he possesses both closing speed and a second speed. Deplying this makes him leathal when covering and getting down hill. Additionally, tackling is another strong suit, as he is has shown to both roll to leverage and profile well - which all starts in his abilityt o break down and come to balance with ease.

The more prospects I see from The Pennington School, the more I start to like them. Add [player_tooltip player_id='1642047' first='Bryce' last='Williams'] to that list. Williams is a strong run supporter who gets down hill in a hurry from his safety position - like, really well. Versatility is also on the table when Williams is on your team, as he has showcased himself as a handsy press cover. Williams might have played defensive line earlier on in his career based on the propensity of hand usage. When he is walked down near the line of scrimmage, we see him use them to create separation from offensive linemen; this, additionally, would indicate that he might have long arms. Last thing hands-related: he uses them exclusively to catch the ball Lastly, when opportunities to form fit tackle present themselves, he seizes them.

[player_tooltip player_id='1547343' first='Chase' last='Moore'] has shown that he is a single-high safety that gets low when tackling. For as low as he can go, he also high points the ball for picks very we,, doing so with his hands. Moore gives himself more than enough space to diagnose things, playing up to 20 yards off of the ball. Because of how tall he is, Moore is as used as a receiver and is masterful at catching the fade ball. Then there are the elements of his game that he is "better than I would initially expect." First, he leverage tackles well. Moore is also disciplined in staying in his backpedal for a prolonged period of time, while also being awfully physical for someone with all that body playing his position. Despite liking him more, personally, as a receiver, the fact remains that Moore is, in my opinion, a very very raw prospect that I think can explode as a high-caliber collegiate player.
