I'm calling my shot here on [player_tooltip player_id='914955' first='Naim' last='Hammond']. The 6'3” 215 pound EDGE rusher has the burst and the violence to be a good defender, however I believe there's building blocks for him to become a top EDGE not only in the state of Pennsylvania but on the entire east coast by the time his senior season rolls around. Hammond has a rare ability to get to the football, not just affect the passer, but affect the game as a whole. There is so many times watching him i'm left impressed with the hunger he has to chase down ball carriers, his relentless pursuit is something that adds on to the special burst he has. The size is adequate to be a 3-4 EDGE defender but also versatile to add more muscle weight to become a 4-3 DE. There's worlds of potential in Hammond and I really hope a program takes interest in him.

The name may be intimidating, but so is the player. [player_tooltip player_id='1180678' first='Eoghan' last='Savage'] outclassed everyone in every clip I watched of him. The 6'3” 215 DE out of Upper Daughin has violent hands paired with a violent burst of the line of scrimmage. He often times is too fast, too physical, and too smart for opposing players. I couldn't find a single clip where he is lost or out of place with his assignment. Savage has mike linebacker smarts paired with the violence of a division 1 caliber defensive end. While Savage has a few interests of D1 programs he too my knowledge is still seeking his first offer, and when that time comes it will be more than well deserved.

[player_tooltip player_id='953131' first='Drew' last='Clancy'] rocks, plain and simple. The horizontal footwork paired with the initial read step is veteran like from the rising junior. It's not often many linebackers at all ever really have a “feel” for the game, Clancy does. When he's getting into run fits often times it appears he's teleporting to the ball carrier making the tackle. These are high level instincts for a sophomore linebacker. The feel I get when watching Drew is something I personally don't get often, I expect him to garner real interest from programs at the FCS and FBS level.

[player_tooltip player_id='665946' first='Brandon' last='Ross'] getting meaningful snaps on the varsity level for St. Joseph's Prep is impressive enough, but then watching the tape it became 100 times more impressive. Picture perfect size for a high FBS level program. Pairing the 6'0” 180 pound frame with long visual arms helps as well, but the actual tape speaks levels. The combination of high level press ability and high level off zone ability rocks. He plays clean on the sideline, not getting too grabby or physical when the ball is in air, but the perfect amount. He doesn't appear to lose many 50/50 reps in air, if at all. The hip fluidity is oily almost, Ross is a very fluid athlete as a whole. Brendon Ross will be a player highly touted by many programs very soon.

You can classify [player_tooltip player_id='522493' first='Elijah' last='Sherman'] as an athlete if you prefer that, but I really want to highlight his tape at Safety. Sherman has a good build for starters, doesn't look too thin or too clunky out there deep. Sherman has a special level burst for the position always running down hill at the speed of light almost. The coverage skills are awesome, the skills to actually go get the football are even better. There was a clip about halfway through his tape where he runs from the middle of the field, and meets the WR at the sideline to make a play on the ball. Sherman is a high caliber player as reflected by his ranking on our site, while garnering interest still a team has yet to pull the trigger and I expect it to be sooner rather than later before he gets his first offer.
