Love this young man's energy and passion he brings on every rep. St Joseph's Prep defensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='383354' first='Ryan' last='Zats'] has a motor that cannot be stopped. Zats is an animal at defensive tackle and his pass rushing moves are pretty impressive too. The 2027 prospect could be in line for a monster junior season with the defending state champions.

Stonebridge should be excited for this 2028 prospect Keith Nolen. Playing a lot as a freshman, Nolen will be ranked when we update the 2028 Virginia class rankings next month. He really stood out during the defensive backs drills, you could tell early on this young man has ball skills. Already a little over 6 feet tall, Nolen 22 receptions last fall for the Bulldogs. A 4.0 student, Keith Nolen will be a name to know for sure this next couple of seasons in Ashburn.

With a chance to be Flint Hill's new starting quarterback this fall sophomore Alexander Mahmood is making significant progress this off-season. Mahmood looks bigger and stronger from his freshman campaign and he acquitted himself nicely this past weekend. He has a calming presence under center and should have key playmakers like Ty Harris back to get him situated. Really like what I saw from him during the individual drills, his improvement is steadfast.

[player_tooltip player_id='1656928' first='Nakhi' last='Bagwell'] is a shifty/speedy playmaking running back and he was outstanding in Baltimore, earning an invite to You Are Athlete nationals in Houston. He was one of the first athletes who caught my eye early on, his quick feet and hip work is on point. I went back and watched his tape and he is line for a bigger role for Governor Thomas Johnson in 2025.

Reclassifying to 2028 [player_tooltip player_id='816319' first='Cooper' last='Ebeling'] was that dude for the offensive line room, he too earned his recognition. Surprisingly not the biggest kid their at 6'5 and 290 lbs., but you could see early on Ebeling was going to have a dominant day. His work in the 1v1 was textbook, I did not see him loose a rep. The highly regarded prospect is set for a now big sophomore season for the Hun School.

Perhaps the combine MVP in mine and several other scouts in attendance was Chester big man [player_tooltip player_id='1656938' first='Shemaj' last='Henry']. Not sure how this kid was missed previously but he was on point during the 1v1 portion this past Saturday. Nobody was getting by the 6'8 tackle, Henry earned the MVP honors for the linemen. The mammouth left tackle was handling a deep defensive line group regardless if it was speed or power rush. Syracuse has offered the rising senior and he should have several more come in before next fall.
