His 7v7 program would advance past many talented programs on the way to a 18U Championship berth, providing Vassa and Whitsitt a viable option through the air, while also serving as a DB, this being a position most natural to Figueroa. A pivotal piece to the winning formula, Figueroa is just one of many THEE Academy prospects who will be featured on this list. I can make the case that his performance should have him higher on this list, yet I was only able to watch Fig for a game or two max.

An unranked but highly talented DB out of Central Dauphin East. A 6'2, 175-pound corner that can be a mismatch nightmare if utilized correctly.

AIT stationed [player_tooltip player_id='1593357' first='Sincere' last='Jackson'] at a familiar alignment, having Jackson hold down the left side of the field almost exclusively as a boundary corner. A safety capable player, seeing Jackson lock down his side of the field for drives at a time impressed me. It's tough to catch a scout's eye at events like this unless you're scoring touchdowns. Jackson wasn't doing that, yet as I watched the hours of QB tape I had recorded, I noticed that several QBs opposite Jackson simply wouldn't throw his way. A combination of attitude, toughness, and length, Jackson carries the premier build suitable to succeed at DB at an event like this. Excited to finally get him ranked in the coming months, it's long overdue.

Full disclosure, I didn't see more than one game out of DM Elite with my own eyes, Keyon Black being on this list is thanks to a nod from PRZ MD's own Todd Haldis. My colleague insisted Black be featured on this list in some manner, as Black played a huge hand in DM Elite's success in the secondary. Worth noting, Keyon Black the prospect has dabbled with several positions on tape, he's more than just a DB when it's time to put pads on.

Would be higher on this list had I simply watched more of Philly's Finest Purple. I scheduled out to see PF Black more, without knowing Bonner's Abram would be elsewhere. When I did get the chance to see PFP, I was impressed by how natural a pass-catcher Abram seemed to be.

Based on his tape and ranking, it's easy to quickly understand how I feel about Abram the DB. The number of DBs that translate better to the next level is few and far between. What forced me to place Abram on this list despite seeing him just for a game or two was his two-way prowess. Below is a quick clip of Abram stretching the field and catching a nine-ball naturally. Props to Abram for stepping up and doing what was asked of him, despite wideout not being his primary position. He clearly has some kind of history with the offensive side of the ball that I wasn't privy to.

Tough for any back in a 7v7 setting to really stand out. This is usually a WR/DB-infested style of event. That being said, I came away pleased with the leadership, effort, and production put forth by St. Joseph's Prep's [player_tooltip player_id='646778' first='Khyan' last='Billups'].

Running routes both out of the slot and out of the backfield, Billups paid great attention to detail post-release, proving he has serious understanding of zone/man concepts being potentially disguised in front of him. A astute back with brains behind his short-area burst, Billups is capable of beating pretty much any linebacker present. Billups proved he could separate running outs and crossers, all while providing Foulke with a set of soft hands if and when he was actually targeted. Backs don't get too much shine at events like this one, yet I came away pleased with Billups' overall performance.
