The Prep Redzone 7v7 Circuit made their second stop through Oklahoma this weekend in Broken Arrow and it was another strong weekend of 7v7 football. Five champions were crowned on Sunday and in a first for our Oklahoma tourneys, five different programs took home titles. In 15U, SayLess finished off an undefeated weekend by beating Sooner 7 in the championship game. Westmoore standout [player_tooltip player_id='451430' first='Tommalik' last='Benson'] continued his fantastic offseason with a strong performance in Broken Arrow. In this breakdown, we put the spotlight of him and three other players that really stood out to us in the two days in Broken Arrow. Keep it locked in to Prep Redzone for more coverage from this weekend!

[player_tooltip player_id='1601980' first='Brycen' last='Black'] - 2028 Quarterback - Choctaw

Choctaw 2028 quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1601980' first='Brycen' last='Black'] might have had the strongest arm in the 15U division this weekend. As we've already mentioned and will continue to mention when it comes to the quarterbacks, the wind was brutal this weekend. But it was never a problem for Black because his passes were cutting through everything. He was putting the ball in a spot for his receivers to not only make a play on it but with perfect timing so they didn't break stride and could pick up yards after the catch. That combination of arm strength and accuracy was something that we came away very impressed with.

[player_tooltip player_id='806173' first='Marvion' last='Herron'] - 2027 Athlete - Southeast

Out of the four names on this breakdown, Southeast 2027 athlete [player_tooltip player_id='806173' first='Marvion' last='Herron'] was a name that we weren't very familiar with coming into the tournament. That quickly changed on Saturday during pool play. Herron got our attention on the offensive side of the ball as a big target in the passing game. Simply put, he passed the eye test and he looks like a prospect that is continuing to grow and as he continues to put in work in the weight room, he's going to be a very intriguing prospect to watch in the 2027 class. After watching Herron for two days in Broken Arrow, we want to see more moving forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='1539460' first='Reggie' last='Butler'] - 2028 Athlete - Moore

Moore 2028 two-way prospect [player_tooltip player_id='1539460' first='Reggie' last='Butler'] stood out way back in January at our first camp and then has performed very well at both of our Oklahoma 7v7 tournaments this year. Butler debuted in the Top 25 for the state's 2028 class and it wouldn't be surprising to see him continue to rise moving forward. The very first thing that stood out to us about Butler this offseason was his speed and that speed was on full display this weekend in Broken Arrow. Whether it was on offense or defense, Butler played well and he's a prospect that we're very excited to see when the pads come on next month.

[player_tooltip player_id='451430' first='Tommalik' last='Benson'] - 2028 Athlete - Westmoore

Buy stock now. That's the first thing we want to say regarding Westmoore 2028 standout [player_tooltip player_id='451430' first='Tommalik' last='Benson'] after watching him again this weekend. Just like with Butler, we first saw Benson tear things up at our camp in January. He was then a dominant force in our March 7v7 tournament and this weekend, he was without a doubt the best player in the 15U division. And he was doing it on offense and defense. What was special about Benson's performance was he was just as valuable on both sides of the ball. He put together a Travis Hunter-type weekend as the top offensive weapon and a the top cornerback in the tourney field.
