PRZ Duel in the DMV Review: Northern Virginia Kids who stood out

Ward is a beast at linebacker for Brooke Point high school he too is out of their impressive rising junior class. Ward is the 76th ranked prospect in the 2027 class and he may bump up from his 10th overall ranking for the linebacker group. Either way you can rest assure this kid is legit, I saw it up close for myself.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">The Brentsville Tigers are going through the graduation of several key starters and a new Head Coach this all can be a lot to process. Quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1640151' first='Sam' last='Richards'] does not seem concerned and he was really in the time I was able to watch him sling the rock. Playing for the Grizzly Orange I could see his accuracy and mobility on full display. Richards is the type of player you need when going through a major transition like the Tigers are. </p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/SamRichards_9/status/1856519234412499038 </div></figure>     <p class="text-gray-700">I have broken down Kenbeng's play before and he was really good for the 4th Quarter Black last weekend. His squad had a number of committed seniors but not Kenbeng, he still has two seasons for the Patriot Pioneers. He figures for a breakout junior campaign too with the graduation of a number of seniors for Coach Finnerty's squad. He certainly was impressive in the Duel in the DMV, looking forward to watching him more this fall. </p>     <p class="text-gray-700">I was not too familiar with Patriot's [player_tooltip player_id='1643027' first='Braylon' last='Addy'] prior to the Duel in the DMV and he made me look foolish with his outstanding performance. Addy was a reliable target for Emory & Henry commit [player_tooltip player_id='1231457' first='Tyler' last='Knutson'] and he made one of the best plays of the weekend below. I saw this play live and the coaches and I were in awe. Playing for the Annandale Atoms the past couple of years, Vargas looks poised for a monster senior season. Watching him compete I really like the way he comes out of his stance, he is so explosive off the snap.
