PRZ NV's #3-ranked WR in the state's 2027 class has been flying under the radar since producing a breakout season with Arbor View as a freshman. I had a chance to see Cypher up close for the Aggies thrilling win over Lincoln (San Diego) last August where he looked every bit of a future D-I prospect.
