Jordan has continued to be an explosive receiver and a dynamic returner on Special Teams. The thing that I love is he is seeing some Power 4 interest now as he has gone on a couple of visits. I think he should have some offers, but in this new world of college football, players all have to be more patient than ever. Jordan can also make some impressive catches all over the field - even though he is only 5'10, he has shown he can win jump balls on occasion over bigger defensive backs. Jordan has posted he is no longer going to play at Cox Mill on social media, so it will be interesting to see where Jordan plays his senior season.

We have Marcus in the Athlete category, but I like him more as a receiver at this point in his career. Marcus has some Division 1 offers on the table, and as a receiver he is strong in his route running and catching the football overall. Marcus moves with conviction and confidence in his routes, and he excels at gaining separation from defensive backs. Marcus is also an asset as a returner on Special Teams, and as an added plus he is a.good defensive back as well.

Ethan is a little under the radar as he plays for a run-first program in the Tigers, but when they decide to throw it, he is their main big play weapon, and Ethan is a major dynamic player with the ball in his hands. Once again, we have him as an athlete because he plays defensive back also, but on the next level I think Ethan projects as a wide receiver. Ethan has picked up offers from Division 1 college football programs , and should have more coming his way. Ethan exploits man coverage with his speed - he is faster than he looks at first glance being 6'3. He also uses his height to win vertically in one on one situations as well.

Joell had a good season being one of the few offensive threats for a.Hickory Ridge team which had its struggles all season long. Joell's excellent height at 6'3 allows him to be a weapon in the red zone - I saw him live last season score a red zone TD using that ability. Joell also shows strong hands to make contested catches in tight coverage. Finally, Joell has enough speed to be a receiving threat all over the field. Joell has college interest from multiple Division 1 college football programs at this time.

Jameer is an athletic and quick receiver who can excel out of the slot or on the outside. Jameer does a great job in the quick screen game, using good agility to make defenders miss in space. Jameer also shows good speed to get behind defensive backs and make big catches down the field. Finally, even though he's 5'11, Jameer put on film his ability to high point the football and win against defensive backs in one on one situations. I think he's a player that can break out even more this upcoming season.

Honorable Mentions

Jason Black - Northwest Cabarrus - With the Trojans losing some top receivers to graduation, Jason looks to be a player that can really increase his production. Jason is a fast and quick receiver who does well when he gets the ball in his hands quickly and in space.

Kenan Dixon - Cannon - Kenan shows some smooth route running skills in the intermediate areas of the field and catches the ball smoothly in space. Kenan also has some good speed to create separation from defensive backs.

[player_tooltip player_id='1224735' first='Carter' last='Stevens'] - Christ The King - Carter showed some good production last season, catching a good number of balls in the quick passing game and using his quickness after the catch to make some plays happen in space.
