Stocks rise, and stocks fall. One thing is for certain: people will find the stocks that are on the rise and can make an impact. These are the players whose stocks are on the rise for the upcoming season. These players have extreme talent to showcase. At the WR spot, Bell has a solid ability to fight back to the football in making tough catches. The ability to separate from DBs through precise route running and deep speed was a huge benefactor within Bell's game. The burst in the open field allows Bell to pick up extra yards after the catch and makes him a huge threat to score for Brighton's offense. His pure blocking ability will show up many times on tape; Bell would make blocks downfield for his teammates. Bell did have reps lined up in the Y receiver role, but having him as a Z receiver seems to be his best fit, as he was highly effective on quick slants.

Let's goo!!! https://t.co/QMQFdcPQqY
— Clarencebell (@Clarencebell_2) December 1, 2024

Class of 2027

A very smart football player here that had a 3.9 GPA this past year. This young man ended this past season with 98 tackles to help lead Dover to the Section 9 Class C finals. For the OLB position, the awareness and pursuit to attack after the football showed throughout the film. He is an OLB that is always able to read and react with speed but also patience to not get fooled by the opposition. Drnek was able to chase down runs from behind using his speed but also explosiveness. The ability to make tackles behind the LOS and shed blocks with aggressive behavior was common. When operating at the QB position, he relied heavily on his legs to pick up large amounts of gains as defenders in the second level of the defense. Defenders did have a tough time trying to tackle Drnek because of his pure size. Drnek was able to make some throws deep down the field, but he excelled the most at the OLB position. Drnek will be entering his junior season with a lot to prove to reach the next stage in the collegiate process.

Congrats to @ConorDrnek on being named as a first team LB who had 98 tackles on the year #nextlevelsports #OLB #recruitme pic.twitter.com/9gmd9XRMLU
— Next Level Sports (@nlevelsports) February 11, 2025

A major deep threat here at Aquinas Institute named [player_tooltip player_id='1165903' first='Thomas' last='Levans III'] who can straight-up fly and can really run the majority of the route tree smoothly. Levans III was able to run multiple posts, streaks, and deep corners for touchdowns on film. He was able to get behind the defense in the majority of the routes, and it was lightning quick on tape. His blazing speed makes him very threatening after the catch. Levans III was able to catch slants and curls with good hand-eye coordination to take off for six. Near the goal line, his extremely quick release off the LOS caused major issues for DBs, and it allowed Levans III to gain much separation in his routes. Aquinas Institute should be using Levans III as one of their top targets this upcoming season, as he could easily be one of the best WRs in Section V by the end of the year because of the talent he has as a sophomore.

Hands hands hands … I rarely catch using my body can't make it easy for defenders ‼️ pic.twitter.com/X3B4L1gZJd
— Thomas Levans lll (@ThomasLevans11) December 23, 2024

A huge athlete and playmaker here over at Geneva High School whose speed just pops off the film at any of the positions he plays at. At the RB position, the speed and agility to make defenders miss inside gaps was evident. Tolbert was able to run away from defenders on multiple plays coming out of the I-formation on tape. The ability to make jump cuts to find the holes was significant. Throughout the tape, I was amazed by the athleticism that Tolbert Jr. presented, especially at being able to high point the football at the WR position. The SS position may be the best spot for Tolbert Jr. as he was able to come up field and make back breaking tackles in space. The ability to pursue with passion and aggressiveness was presented at a high level.

Last weekend at Indoor Track Divisional Championships…layer on today….Indoor League Championships then Indoor Track Sectionals. #MultiSportAthlete #RecruitNY pic.twitter.com/m01qtPlV9I
— Travis “Travvy” Tolbert Jr. (@TravieJr9) February 8, 2025

Dominick Tirri is a 6'2”, 264-pound offensive lineman at North Rockland High School who has playing experience at OG and C. Tirri showed promise being able to in-line block opponents into the second levels of the defense and had tremendous drive to finish his blocks. Many times he was able to pancake block the defender into the ground with ease. Goal line situations posed no issue whatsoever for this lineman. The action of pull blocks in the run game was run with good timing, being able to set up a lane for the ball carrier to run into. Tirri has a lot of strength, power, and speed at the POW. Pass rushers that could not mix power and speed had a rough time block shedding off of Tirri because of his pure size and ability to move. One play that stood out was when Tirri was even able to take a pass rusher out of the field of play completely in pass protection.

Dayshawn Preston is a 5'11” WR at Pittsford Mendon High School who knows how to get open for his QB when a play breaks down. When it comes to operating at the WR position, Preston showed promising talent at being able to track the deep ball and make contested catches. Being able to shrug off tackle attempts with balance and strength would show within Preston's ability to gain extra YAC. This is a WR that has great vision and knows how to find open spaces to create huge plays for his team with the ball in his hands. The body control had a major impact in allowing Preston to make toe-tapping catches in the end zone. Calamita was able to produce at a high level at the RB position for Westhampton this past season in addition to being able to play WR and DB. At the RB position, the acceleration to burst through the open lane stood out on his film. Defenders caught themselves having to chase down Calamita if he got through first contact or escaped their grasp. Calamita also proved that he was a major factor in the receiving game as a pass catcher in screens or wheel routes. Being able to cut on a dime to bounce runs to the outside or one-cut defenders for open space was one of his best traits. At the DB spot, he does a great job at turning his head and matching up on receivers in man-to-man coverage. Leaning on his speed and balance proved to be the deciding factors in huge plays for Calamita.

1st Game back from last years season ending injury
12 Car.
121 Rush Yards/1 TD
3 Rec
53 Rec. Robbins moved at a good rate coming off the LOS in the run game. This is an LT that is able to take defenders into the turf in multiple pass or run situations. Robbins is a great in-line and reach-blocking OT that wants to win with his leverage or power. Many times on his reach blocks, Robbins knew how to use his hands to drive opponents in the opposite direction of where the play was going. Being able to use his balance and lower center of gravity was a huge benefactor in creating lanes for ball-carriers throughout Robbins tape at the LT position. I do believe he is versatile enough to play inside at the OG position because of the skill set he possesses in the run game.

Class of 2028

This is a WR named [player_tooltip player_id='1610739' first='Jesse' last='Jablonsky'] who stands in at 5'10” and weighs 140 pounds for Pittsford Mendon High School. When operating at the WR spot, Jablonsky was very quick, where he was utilized on bubble screens and quick screens coming out of the slot. Jablonsky has very quick feet and the ability to break a defender down in space after he catches the football. One action that was very positive when watching his film was, he does not shy away from contact and will cut up field to pick up necessary yardage to move the chains. This is a WR that you want to have sent on the move in motion to draw defenders. He will run the hitch route very effectively out of the slot position. Jablonsky did have playing time spent at the CB position, but Pittsford Mendon may utilize him heavily on offense this season.

Gotta win the battle@CTC4CHANGE @GregCTC585 @SteveMarriott_ @eric_thurley @CoachBernas pic.twitter.com/QEyifS80dr
— [player_tooltip player_id='1610739' first='Jesse' last='Jablonsky'] (@Jesse_Jablonsky) February 11, 2025

Players Socials

Clarencebell (@Clarencebell_2) / X

Conor “BIG C” Drnek (@ConorDrnek) / X

Dayshawn Preston (@DayshawnPr) / X

Dominick Tirri (@DominickTirri) / X

Thomas Levans lll (@ThomasLevans11) / X

[player_tooltip player_id='1610739' first='Jesse' last='Jablonsky'] (@Jesse_Jablonsky) / X

[player_tooltip player_id='939440' first='Aiden' last='Calamita'] (@Aidencalamita36) / X

Travis “Travvy” Tolbert Jr. (@TravieJr9) / X
