. The 5’10” 165-Pounds, and displays a solid frame for a Wide Receiver. Levans III flips with Onukaogu in the rankings in the 2027 latest update.
Levans III, is a quick down field threat, who displays serious speed, allowing him to beat you deep across the field. He has good hands, and can make catches through contact, leading to big gains. He has excellent vision, along with good body control, allowing him to make over the shoulder catches look easy. U-Prep, has a serious playmaker in Levans III.

Levans III is an undersized WR prospect who can work inside or outside because of his ability to separate. Based on his athleticism, I also think there is some quality potential as a returner in his game.
Levans III has elite twitch and short area quicks. I am a big fan of his route running on tape. He sinks hips well into breaks and shows some explosive movements and cuts to separate. He shows on tape that he can catch away from his body and, although his frame naturally has a smaller catch radius, can make catches outside his body and elevate to a high point with the ball.

who can straight-up fly and can really run the majority of the route tree smoothly. Levans III was able to run multiple posts, streaks, and deep corners for touchdowns on film. He was able to get behind the defense in the majority of the routes, and it was lightning quick on tape. His blazing speed makes him very threatening after the catch. Levans III was able to catch slants and curls with good hand-eye coordination to take off for six. Near the goal line, his extremely quick release off the LOS caused major issues for DBs, and it allowed Levans III to gain much separation in his routes. Aquinas Institute should be using Levans III as one of their top targets this upcoming season, as he could easily be one of the best WRs in Section V by the end of the year because of the talent he has as a sophomore.

has improved his route running a lot, and it shows in his ability to get separation deep down the field. DBs have had a tough time covering Levans III in man coverage and tend not to press him at the LOS. Levans III hand-eye coordination really showed in his tape as well being able to snag the football on quick out-routes to help with short gains to move the sticks. Being a WR that can do it all is something that I can see developing into Levans III game as he gets more targets and playing time as a sophomore. This will be a WR that will continue to be a star for Aquinas.

Levans III showed some solid stuff on tape as a freshman as the 3rd WR regarding yards. Levans is a smaller slot prospect who wins with quickness and twitch in his route running. Levans III has no verified speeds, but you can tell he plays fast. He can stretch the field with his speed and has a solid double move from his speed and twitch. Although smaller, he high points the ball well, attacks it in the air, and consistently shows he catches with his hands away from his body.

Levans III a CB/WR prospect out of Aquinas, the 2nd AQ ATH on this list and 3rd AQ player in our top 20 and he brings quick twitch athleticism to both sides of the ball. For a smaller prospect he shows the ability to make tough catches and attack the ball in the air. He is a hands catcher and does a good job of consistently catching away from his body.
Levans III is a good athlete, there are no verified track times but he flashes some good speed on tape and looks to be an even bigger part of the Aquinas offense this season.

Thomas Levans had a heck of a freshman season for Aquinas Institute when he was able to put on a show at the WR position for his team. The ability to make leaping catches in the end zone flashed on his tape, but the quickness to work CBs in the intermediate parts of the field really stood out. Being able to separate from DBs because of his fluid route running would shine, and you can tell that he has a lot of speed all over the field. Levans has a strong ability to make effortless back shoulder catches near the boundary as well that stood out at a high level. Levans could work as the outside receiver and also in the slot. A few times, Thomas was even able to adjust his route for his QB when a play would break down to make a big-time catch for the first down. There is also some versatility in Levans’ game, as he has spent time at the CB position as well. There is room to grow, but certainly a playmaker here with Levans.
