Background: The Pittsford Mendon Prospect is a name I saw rise in the latest 2028 Prep Redzone Rankings. Jablonsky shows good versatility as well, and can play both WR, and DB on the football field.

Measurables: At 5’10” Jablonsky showcases solid height for a WR, and is well in the chart for his positions. His weight at 165-Pounds, is under the chart, and he should look to reach minimum the 180-Pound mark to help fill out his frame.

Evaluation: Jablosnky is a quick playmaker who can easily make catches with ease. He has quick legs, and gets off the line well which allows him to make open catches down field. He is a slot threat who plays like an outside receiver. He has solid footwork and good route running abilities, which allows him to make catches at all three level of the field. He showcases a high IQ, and understands space and how to utilize it against defensive schemes. I want to see Jablonsky continue to work on his route running and skillset at the top of his routes, along with physicality when he goes against stickier DB’s.

Jesse Jablonsky Jesse Jablonsky 5'10" | 165 lbs | WR/DB Pittsford Mendon | 2028 State NY was the other WR at Pittsford Mendon that also granted the Pittsford offense to be successful. Given that, Jablonsky was a super effective route runner from the slot. Running productive routes that grant separation and free space over the middle stood out. Plenty of times, Jablonsky was able to beat the DB in man coverage with his quick feet and sharp breaks.  Additionally, he displayed strong hand-eye coordination when tracking the football downfield, along with the body control to adjust with balance through the catch. He ended the season with 4 TDs with 35 catches for 473 yards. 

This is a WR named Jesse Jablonsky Jesse Jablonsky 5'10" | 165 lbs | WR/DB Pittsford Mendon | 2028 State NY who stands in at 5’10” and weighs 140 pounds for Pittsford Mendon High School. When operating at the WR spot, Jablonsky was very quick, where he was utilized on bubble screens and quick screens coming out of the slot. Jablonsky has very quick feet and the ability to break a defender down in space after he catches the football. One action that was very positive when watching his film was, he does not shy away from contact and will cut up field to pick up necessary yardage to move the chains. This is a WR that you want to have sent on the move in motion to draw defenders. He will run the hitch route very effectively out of the slot position. Jablonsky did have playing time spent at the CB position, but Pittsford Mendon may utilize him heavily on offense this season.
