Posted a seven-minute sophomore tape on Hudl back in late December. A playmaker at Shikellamy that outperforms measurement standards placed on his shoulders. Pollock's first rep is a good indicator of his YAC-ability, as well as his overall toughness. Is an obvious choice to return kicks and punts, does so for Shikellamy, and produces in this alignment. Has an extra acceleration gear he can hit to take catches/carries to the house when he sees daylight. Good downfield ball-tracker. I want to see more of Pollock the route-runner, his tape proves otherworldly athleticism, particularly from a speed/agility perspective. I want to see him get open on more than stride and agility to feel better about his future projections. A Division One talent who will have to check off several boxes in the coming years to solidify his notion. Measurables and grades will factor in, proving he can play DB would bolster his stock too.

Has a ten-minute sophomore tape posted on Hudl currently. Received an FCS-ceiling grade out of me post-watch. Said tape starts off with some reps at back, reps that showcase Burke's multi-dimensional skillset as well as his overall toughest. Fantastic feel for run sets, his first step toward the flow of traffic often has Burke at the right place at the right time, usually meeting backs behind the LOS. Great open-field tackler, great 1v1 tackler between the tackles too. A relentless motor attached to a young man who moves with a ton of inertia behind him. Raised on our ranks due to great production, yet I'm aware that he's going to have to show more than run stuffs to maintain a Division One grade in the future. That being said, this is fantastic linebacker tape out of a true sophomore.

[player_tooltip player_id='952738' first='Lamier' last='Wade'] has dabbled with various positions, this before blossoming into a potential TE/EDGE prospect. Posted a three-minute sophomore tape in November. Production isn't through the roof just yet, I still am intrigued with the idea of who [player_tooltip player_id='952738' first='Lamier' last='Wade'] could turn into in two years time. Tape starts with a few catches reeled in stationed in the middle of the field. You have to imagine a frame like this would work well in between the hash marks, a wide window to throw footballs into. Next few reps have Wade blocking on offense, as well as some additional reps of Wade hustling to the football in run support. Raw on both sides of the field, yet he's a prospect I'll keep my eye on to see if he blossoms into a legitimate TE/EDGE player worth of college coaches attention, especially out West.

Below is an excerpt from my written evaluation of [player_tooltip player_id='915838' first='Walter' last='Hudson']'s sophomore tape, this posted on December 13th, 2024.

90 tackles to his name, this out of a sophomore at Roman. A good blend of PBUs and TFLs logged/registered on film. First rep on tape shows off Hudson's playmaking ability, proving he can drop in coverage, read the eyes of a QB and intercept errant passes. Hudson isn't going to get looks from potential collegiate suitors based on his coverage skills, of course. That's icing on the cake, the cake being Hudson's ability to diagnose runs, where they are intended, as well as his ability to read and react to the flow of traffic. Hudson is often the first backer taking the brunt of the flow, yet he does a great job taking blockers head-on. No shying away, not many false steps, not much hesitation if he sees H-backs, FBs, or pulling OL headed his way. Hudson has the toughness blended with the awareness necessary to blow up off-tackle run sets in a flash. Hudson's build makes him a tough player to have come off the field. Athleticism is his calling card. Roman likes to deploy 4-2-5 looks, as well as many variations to that base look thanks to the number of fantastic DB types they have on roster. Hudson coupled with athletic DBs make this back-seven a formidable one.

Hudson would proceed to hit the 7th PRZ PA Winter Showcase, as well as the All-State Preps camp ran by 247 analyst and PRZ scout Ed O'Brien. Hudson would perform well at both camps, earning 3rd-Team All-Camp honors at the PRZ PA event, as well as LB MVP at All-State Preps. His stock is elevating, as evident by his new ranking.

Updated measurables go as follows. 5'9, 170 pounds. Up an inch and ten pounds since our last update. Elevates from 122/198 to 96/500.

Has a seven-minute sophomore tape readily available, evaluation will come with said tape as a resource. The Westinghouse sophomore begins his tape with a bang. Hawkins proves he's a weapon with the ball in his hands, receiving a kickoff and returning it to the house 95+ yards. Natural open-field mobility is evident quickly, as Hawkins continues to return punts for scores throughout the entirety of his tape. Much of Hawkin's tape has him returning kicks, yet if he becomes a focal point of the offense as a junior next Fall, his production is likely to skyrocket. The type of athlete that demands a vertical shot and/or a bubble screen at the LOS at least once/twice a game. For Hawkins to garner serious Division One attention, he's going to have to prove his speed at college camps and/or on the track. I'm out of the loop as to whether or not he excels in this area. The tape looks fast, yet we know FBS/FCS want to know first-hand that his speed can stack up against elite competition at the next level. I cannot deny his playmaking prowess at the moment, however. He's a ticking time bomb.
