The Prep Redzone Stock Up Showcase series rolled through Oklahoma and we got a chance to see some of Oklahoma's best really stand out throughout a chilly Sunday afternoon. Throughout the next few days, we'll have a ton of content dropping on Prep Redzone Oklahoma, breaking down some of the top players and overall performances that we witnessed on Sunday. We're continuing it today with a look at some of the top running backs that really stood out to us throughout the afternoon. Lawton MacArthur sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='1182029' first='Connor' last='Claborn'] was already featured earlier this week in our MVP Breakdown after he earned MVP honors from this running back group. Keep it locked in to Prep Redzone Oklahoma for more content coming from Sunday's camp!

[player_tooltip player_id='1573807' first='Braelin' last='Lewis'] - 2026 - Dewar

Dewar 2026 running back [player_tooltip player_id='1573807' first='Braelin' last='Lewis'] was a player we were fired up to see in person on Sunday after watching him help carry the Dragons to a state championship in December. Lewis is also the son of former Dewar and Oklahoma star Ronnell Lewis and you can see that kind of explosive play from the junior 8-man standout. Lewis had a terrific performance in that state title game as a workhorse back but on Sunday, he got the opportunity to showcase his overall speed and explosiveness in one on one situations. Lewis was a player that stood out to the coaches as well as us when he was going through drills. He has good size, moves well and we already know that he has the durability to be a running back that racks up the carries and yards. Lewis is definitely a prospect we're keeping an eye on.

[player_tooltip player_id='1593671' first='Jesiah' last='Gooch'] - 2026 - Hillsboro (Kansas)

We've mentioned it a few times this week but it deserves to be repeated here. We always enjoy seeing out of state prospects come to the Oklahoma camp and perform very well. Hillsboro 2026 running back [player_tooltip player_id='1593671' first='Jesiah' last='Gooch'] out of Kansas was one of those prospects on Sunday. We also mentioned Gooch earlier this week as one of the "Top Testers" after he finished in the top ten for two of the four testing drills. Gooch would then follow that up with a solid performance throughout the rest of the afternoon. Gooch has good size and looking at our PRZ-Kansas site, Gooch is considered one of the better players at his position. And that showed throughout the afternoon on Sunday. Gooch moves incredibly well and was really impressive to watch during the one on one portion of the camp.

[player_tooltip player_id='858875' first='Jordan' last='Clark'] - 2026 - McAlester

McAlester 2026 running back [player_tooltip player_id='858875' first='Jordan' last='Clark'] got our attention right from the start with one of the fastest 40-yard dash times from anyone in the camp. Clark backed that up by a really strong performance that got the attention of the position coaches and the other people in attendance on Sunday afternoon. We wrote about Clark earlier today in our "WAY too early look at Class 5A" because he's coming off a 1,000-yard season and the Buffaloes look strong for 2025. And after getting a chance to watch Clark in person on Sunday, we are very impressed with his ability as a running back moving forward. He moves in and out of his breaks incredibly quick considering his size and he also did a great job showcasing his hands as a potential receiver out of the backfield. Clark is a name on the rise in the 2026 class.

[player_tooltip player_id='1598809' first='Noah' last='Goodwin'] - 2026 - Rejoice Christian

Similar to Lewis, Rejoice Christian 2026 running back [player_tooltip player_id='1598809' first='Noah' last='Goodwin'] helped lead the Eagles to a state championship last month. Goodwin performed incredibly well in the state championship and that capped off a really strong breakout junior season. Goodwin had a solid showing throughout the camp on Sunday and the thing that stood out to us was his consistency that he played with from start to finish. We got a chance to watch him early on in the camp and then again towards the end and we couldn't tell much of a difference. And that makes sense after watching Goodwin during his breakout season last fall. In that state title game, Goodwin was strong for all four quarters. Rejoice Christian has some really talented skill players returning in 2025 and Goodwin is one of them.
