The clear #1 prospect of the TE groups - Moore is the only guy on this list I have seen play live, and like several other prospects here, he excels both as a TE and EDGE player on the HS field. His position at the next level is clearly TE, and seeing him live confirmed that.

Moore is the best athlete of this group, he not only has elite measurables for a college TE prospect but he flashes some speed and explosiveness on tape - Bronxville does not throw the ball a ton but there are a lot of reps running multiple routes on the route tree on tape - you see a good variety of his ability to move and also track and catch the ball.

He is the only guy on this list who based on his JR year I think is 100% Division 1 caliber player - camp season and spring workouts will help coaches determine what level of D1. Between the measurables and athleticism, I think there is a lot to work with, but he also shows some positional skills on tape that separate him from the group such as his suddenness running certain routes and his release off the LOS.

The biggest area for improvement going forward will be blocking at a D1 caliber level; right now, he does a good job of executing the blocks asked of him, but blocking with more violence, adding a strong initial strike, and playing with better leverage will be coaching points in camps and beyond.

In my eyes, Moore is one of the more ideal TE prospects to come out of NY since Jeremy Ruckert with his basketball background and what you see on tape - if you follow NY football, he is a cross between the top two TEs in the 2025 class [player_tooltip player_id='805688' first='Aiden' last='Pedreros'] (Princeton) and [player_tooltip player_id='648880' first='Jake' last='Kessner'] (Buffalo).

Halloran is one of the better contested catch tight ends in this class - he is on verge of 6'5 and has a solid vertical jump. He is one of the few prospects that gets split out wide and left 1v1 as a WR out wide for jump ball - he has strong hands and does some good things catching the ball against the sideline. Although he splits out wide I thought his best reps came from in-line TE or wing spot. He can beat LBs 1v1 athletically but on the outside he just wins with his size without much separation.

There are not a ton of blocking reps, in the few reps you see Halloran does a good job of staying square and not lounging for defenders, but would love to see more violence and punch from that initial contact.

Halloran has a clear TE archtype as a prospect who can stretch the field and win matchups with his length and movement skills vs LBs - the blocking is secondary to his game just like how there are limited reps on tape but he could end up adding strength and blocking technique to become a servicable blocker from the LOS.

Biswas, out of Herricks, plays in a Wing-T Spread offense, and in his film, you get a really good mix of what he can do as a receiver but also as a blocker. Stricly and in-line, TE Biswas has a good body type look on film - he has a frame that can get bigger and stronger. On tape he wins a lot of his blocks just staying square because his size is overwhelming for the competition at times but his work rate as a blocker alone is promising.

I thought there was a big improvement in his ability as a receiver from Sophomore tape to Junior tape - on the JR tape Biswas is more explosive off the line and in much more control of his movements. He flashes some strong hand catching at times but does still resort to body catching in the middle of the field at time. He is a big target, easy for QBs to locate, and showed an expanded catch radius this year. His movement skills in camps and testing times will be something coaches will want to see this summer.

Simon, who, despite being one of the smaller guys in this group, does his work strictly from an in-line TE position - as a receiver, he shows good explosiveness off the LOS. He has some twitch and loose hips that you see in his route runner and catch radius. There are a lot of crossing routes here, and he runs them well,l but you would like to see a little more variety on tape - there is not a ton of reps blocking, and the reps there are a lot of sideline film, which won't show us too much.

His best traits are his movement skills over the middle of the field, his ability to change direction, and his twitchiness, which creates a matchup problem for linebackers.

I will kick this off with watching the film, and there is not a prospect in New York who executes a block and release into the flat like [player_tooltip player_id='1607582' first='Matthew' last='Dugan'] - while most of his film is executing that at a high level,l you see some quality movement skills and there is some solid DE tape in the mix as well. A player who could either be an EDGE prospect at the next level or continue to add strength and become a reliable check-down blocking TE at the next level.

Good measurables here, he executes his role at a high level, and although that role does not expand much beyond being a reliable target in the flat and blocking as an in-line TE he is a player who I could see showing some good things in a camp setting beyond what you see on film.

Howard out of Susquehanna Valley was a guy I learned about after the season via the great tool of social media - Howard has a TE skillset that you see top prospects in the 2025 class also have. His measurables are at a good spot for an HS TE, and he could end up in that 240 range at some point down the road.

Howard is the ideal TE target to have in the middle of the field; he has a presence with his size - I like his hands on tape; he catches away from his body and shows excellent ball-tracking skills. Howard runs hard after the catch. He may not be a threat to make a bunch of guys miss, but he finishes his runs with some power.

Howard is usually the best player on the field on tape; the competition level is in the lower half of New York ball, so improving as an athlete and speed-wise will be something coaches look for. I think he moves well, but at times, it is hard to look fast when the competition looks sluggish.

Boyle is an intriguing prospect, a long, lean TE who also plays some DE, who put out the first tapes of his career this season. Boyle is also a lacrosse player, and on tape, you see the movement skills that translate to the open field of lacrosse. Penfield used him heavily as a blocker in a run-heavy offense, so there is some projecting and even likely camp work needed to get more information on his ability to catch the ball from the TE position.

As a blocker, Boyle does a lot of things well - his lean frame has room to add some serious weight and strength for the next level but he plays with good leverage for a player at 6'5 - you see multiple alignments and different blocks on tape, he excels as a lead blocker from an H-Back position but also can be used in-line to reach block and down block lineman.

There is a lot of projection here because the film is limited, but there are some good things on tape and, of course, the 6'5 frame to build on.
