His current profile picture of him in his basketball jersey should be a pretty good give away as to the athletic build and body this kid his. Just a seventh-grader during the 2024 fall season, the Madison County native almost immediately caught my eye while watching film on one of his teammates at Jackson Christian. Based off his body alone, Scott has an insane amount of upside. Tall, full of lean muscle, mobility and a boat load of athletic ability. There aren't many other seventh-grade QBs in Western Tennessee that look like this.

The Humphreys County QB has already been written about on Prep Redzone Next, but it's rare air that a seventh-grader earns an All-Region MVP award. The dual-threat Boldin did exactly that this year, as he put it all out there on the field for Waverly Junior High School. The rest of the Middle Tennessee Athletic Conference (MTAC) will have to deal with him for another year, as he continues to standout in Middle Tennessee.

On top of his impressive seventh-grade film from this past season, I've heard directly from several sources I trust very much, that this Holmes is the future in Knox County when looking at the Quarterback position. Already listed at 6-foot-2 and 175-pounds, the Farragut signal caller is already on the recruiting trail and has visited the likes of Vanderbilt and Kentucky. He plays in the M.A.C, which features feeder programs for some of the Volunteer State's top talent. From what I've seen, he's a candidate for the possibility of getting an offer in the next 12-18 months.

Dating myself a bit here, but I had the privilege of evaluating and working with Pagach's older brother Cody Pagach, now at University of West Georgia, when he was in middle school. While yes, everyone blazes their own path and no, it wasn't the initial plan for [player_tooltip player_id='1613522' first='Luke' last='Pagach'] to play Quarterback, the former Tight End is now following in big brother's foot steps. Stepping in to the QB position early in the season and getting to learn from Hillsboro Middle School Offensive Coordinator Jay Cutler (yes, former SEC Player of the Year and NFL Pro Bowler, Jay Cutler) I expect him to only get better, as he settles into the new position.

After first taking note of him as the starter on the Tennessee Future Stars 7th Grade team in June 2024, Slagle has continued to prove that he's one of the top Quarterbacks in Middle Tennessee. Serving as QB1 of for Good Pasture Christian in Davidson County, he helped lead the team to a 6-2 record in 2024. What particularly stands out about Slagle is the true gunslinger mentality he possesses. This season he went 84-of-125 passing, for 1379 yards, 22 passing touchdowns and six interceptions. I simply love watching this kid cook.
