Our 2028 rankings have finally been released! This was a smaller, yet exclusive group that featured some of the nation's top freshmen prospects. There are plenty of high-level division one prospects in this group that will be names to know for years to come. Most are still growing into their bodies and developing physically, so make sure to keep a watchful eye on them.

WR: [player_tooltip player_id='588647' first='Hayden' last='Green'] 6'1" 170, North Crowley

A sure-handed long strider that is comfortable venturing into the middle of the field. He has the body control to adjust to throws midflight, he can get physical at the top of his route, and shows strong hands through contact.

QB: [player_tooltip player_id='1026277' first='Jaxon' last='Knapp'] 6'1" 165, All Saints Episcopal

A poised quarterback prospect with plenty of arm talent and the touch to drop the deep ball right in stride. He has the speed to make you pay on called quarterback runs, he can add zip for tight-window throws, and shows impressive improvisational skills. He should be a fun watch at the varsity level very soon.

RB: Raymond Weaver, 5'8" 175, Mansfield

Weaver has deceptive speed, he runs with purpose and can flip the field as a kick returner. He's a north and south runner with nifty footwork, creativity, and the power to barrel through tackle attempts. He'll stick his foot in the dirt & bounce a run to the outside and has proven that he loves contact.

WR: [player_tooltip player_id='412027' first='Tano' last='Wooten'] 6'1" 180, Shoemaker

Wooten has make you miss ability in space, instant acceleration, and the speed to split two defenders. He's slippery on contact, can work all three levels of the field, and can turn a quick game concept into a chunk play. This kid can line up just about anywhere and generate explosive plays.

DT: [player_tooltip player_id='1083857' first='Ryder' last='Klein'] 6'4" 265, Franklin

Klein already has the size of a Division One defensive tackle. He's got a fairly quick first step, he shoots off the ball with his pads low, he's got a strong lower half to push the pocket, and can get skinny on down blocks. He's got a high motor for a big man, he can make tackles out of awkward body positions and plays with a chip on his shoulder through the whistle.
