Goldsberry dominated in the Patriots' big victory over Bishop Luers, rushing for three touchdowns and 177 yards. He also added another 71 yards through the air on two completions. The Patriots will have him back next year as they look to repeat as state champions in 2025.

Roach scored three rushing touchdowns, falling just one short of a 2A championship record. He rushed for 142 yards and was a key reason behind their big victory on Friday over Linton-Stockton.

Ranes is a talented linebacker, but he came ready to perform on offense when it counted most: he had four rushing touchdowns, tying a 4A state record per the IndyStar, and recorded 166 rushing yards. He is undoubtedly an under-the-radar recruit who Division I teams should take notice of.

As predicted, Kempf was a huge factor, recording over 200 yards and four touchdowns in the Class 1A championship game.

Carter stood out in Decatur Central's victory over a tough Warsaw team. He and [player_tooltip player_id='756262' first='Kasmir' last='Hicks'] finished for a combined 350 yards from scrimmage and five total touchdowns. Carter was especially elusive with the ball in his hands, making defenders miss and being a constant home-run threat. Expect business to pick up for him on the recruiting trail this winter and spring.
