The Classes of 2026 and 2027 are where the recruiting focus is right now, but a talented group of 2028 prospects are quickly rising. Here are four in-person evaluations on some very tall Ohio prospects from all over the state who will likely break out this fall and develop into top recruits.    I noticed Quartey - the 6-foot-2, 170-pound defensive back and receiver - during his team's annual college workout last spring. Quartey wow'd college coaches with his soft hands and strong frame. He has plenty of upside, especially if he develops some speed.     The sky is the limit for Lemons, a 6-foot-4 receiver / tight end who can block and is deceptively elusive in space. He has the height, size, and frame that college coaches covet.     I first noticed Silva at the All Ohio Showcase nearly two years ago when he was just a seventh grader. Already 6-foot-5, the tall tight end, now an offensive tackle, passed the eyeball tests. Silva has three college offers and will likely have most college programs vying for his services.     Narvaez can play at many different positions on the field. First noticed during his college day, the 6-foot-6 prospect can be a good tight end. He could also play up front on both sides of the ball. He has a thick upper half, can hold the point on the defensive line, and is a stout run defender.
