Brooks had a great season for Bullis on both sides of the ball but will be a DB at the next level as he takes his talents to Stony Brook. He made a big jump in our ranks, moving up roughly 40 spots and coming in as the #26th overall DB in a class that is loaded for the DB position.

For season Mr. Martin racked up big numbers on both sides of the ball, leading to him making first team ALL-IAC. He had 1134 all purpose yards, over 900 of them receiving yards and adding 12 TDs. On defense Brooks racked up 6 INTs for the year, with one of them being a pick six and added in 11 PBUs and 35 tackles. Brooks shows good range at DB, is able to play in multiple spots and is a natural ball hawk. He possesses rapid feet, fluid hips, and the ability to read/react and break on the ball quickly.

A breakout senior season overall for Brooks which earned him Team MVP for Bullis and IAC Athlete of the Year. Stony Brook is getting a good one in Mr. Martin and he is more than deserving of this improved ranking.

After a breakout junior campaign Damarion proved this season that he can be a #1 WR for a team. He made huge plays all year long, leading to him making a strong jump to the #12 overall prospect and securing the #1 WR spot in the final 2025 rankings.

Good Counsel graduated a good bit from the offensive side going into the 2024 season, and even with that Damarion's production had no drop off and he stepped up to be that dude for them. He is a dual threat weapon, being an impact player at both receiver and KR/PR. Damarion put up 761 receiving yards on 43 receptions for a 16.1 ypc and added 4 TD catches. As a returner, he added just under 500 yards and 5 punt return TDs and 1 KO return for a score. In total that is 1,247 all purpose yards and 10 total TDs for Fowlkes. He stepped up and made big play after big play for GC leading them to the WCAC Final and earning 1st Team All-WCAC.

Damarion is a quick and precise route runner who has breakaway speed. A 10.9 100M sprinter, he is able to get separation from defenders and take it to the house with a long smooth stride. Dynamic with the ball in his hands, he has fluid hips and nice wiggle to find his way through tight lanes and make it hard for the defense to get a good hit on him. I came away impressed with Damarion's development as a receiver and prove he can be the main guy for a team. Missouri is getting a stud in this kid!

Aydan is a player who I think is still being slept on and that's why he made a big jump in the final rankings up ~30 spots to #11 and now the #5 overall DB in what is the deepest & most talented position group in MD.

He is a player who passes the eye ball test, every time I've seen QO this year he pops. Great frame, muscled up player with good length. He plays fast & physical and has that dawg mentality. Aydan has elite ball skills, tracks it well and always goes up and attacks the pass. That is supported by the stats as he had 5 INTS on the year, two returned for a score and is QO's all time leader in interceptions. There is a lot to like in Aydan's play style and skill set that will translate very nicely to Big Ten play.

There isn't a player around who had a more impressive senior season that Evan. Leading his team to a state championship and putting up some all time numbers in the state of MD. That is why Evan made a strong jump in the rankings and is now the #4 overall QB prospect and the top Dual Threat QB player in my mind.

On the year Evan was 3rd in the state in passing yards with 2,665 and 31 passing TDs. He was also 3rd in the state in rushing yards with 2,217 and 35 rushing TDs. He led the state in total TDs with 66, put up almost 5,000 total yards and for his career he has over 11,262 total yards and 133 TDs. That is a player making an impact game after game and getting it done on the field!

A well slapped together player, with a gun for an arm and a dynamic runner with wiggle and explosiveness. Evan is a do it all QB who will fit perfectly into Navy's system and can certainly see him balling out for them in the future.

Kevin is a player I have gotten eyes on for the last 2 years and watched as he has continued to develop and improve his game. That is why he is deserving up the jump in rating to a top 100 overall player and the #11 OL prospect in the state.

He has great size at 6'5" and a lean 300lbs, carries his weight well and built strong, not a sloppy body kid. With that frame he also carries and impressive 80" wingspan. Kevin is athletic and plays on his toes showing good footwork (defender in lacrosse); while also playing with power and strength. He consistently drives defenders down the field and out of the play, not letting up and finishing through the whistle.

Kevin showed really well at the National Preps showcase this past spring and is a player who I see Power 4 potential. He can play multiple spots along the line, and as he continues to develop as a player it may be hard for St. Francis to keep him in the future.

Ashton is another player who have developed nicely over the last year, filling out his frame and taking his game to the next level. That work payed off as he made All-SMAC first team, named Leonardtown's DPOY.

Looking the part, Ashton stands tall at 6'4" with a nice frame that holds a lean muscled up 230lbs now but should hold 250 easily. He plays with great bend and burst off the snap. Shows fluid hips, able to re-direct, play the edge and scrape down the line. He can play with his hand in the dirt of standing up coming off the edge. A good athlete, he can play in space on the outside/flats. A great motor player, active and high energy he is always around the ball.

Ashton possesses the perfect frame and style for todays edge defender -earning him the #9 overall edge prospect in the final 2025 rankings. He is a player with high potential as he continues to develop, and Coach Fitzgerald is getting a good one over there at Southern Utah.
