After a breakout junior campaign Damarion proved this season that he can be a #1 WR for a team. He made huge plays all year long, leading to him making a strong jump to the #12 overall prospect and securing the #1 WR spot in the final 2025 rankings.

Good Counsel graduated a good bit from the offensive side going into the 2024 season, and even with that Damarion’s production had no drop off and he stepped up to be that dude for them. He is a dual threat weapon, being an impact player at both receiver and KR/PR. Damarion put up 761 receiving yards on 43 receptions for a 16.1 ypc and added 4 TD catches. As a returner, he added just under 500 yards and 5 punt return TDs and 1 KO return for a score. In total that is 1,247 all purpose yards and 10 total TDs for Fowlkes. He stepped up and made big play after big play for GC leading them to the WCAC Final and earning 1st Team All-WCAC.

Damarion is a quick and precise route runner who has breakaway speed. A 10.9 100M sprinter, he is able to get separation from defenders and take it to the house with a long smooth stride. Dynamic with the ball in his hands, he has fluid hips and nice wiggle to find his way through tight lanes and make it hard for the defense to get a good hit on him. I came away impressed with Damarion’s development as a receiver and prove he can be the main guy for a team. Missouri is getting a stud in this kid!

Fowlkes finished the game with four catches for 172 yards and two touchdowns. He made the most of his targets as he was on the receiving end of two of Rice’s touchdown passes for 71 and 77 yards. He caught slant passes for both touchdown receptions. He caught each one in stride and outran the defense for at least 60-plus yards both times. Fowkles straight-line speed is phenomenal, and it showed as none of St. John’s College’s defenders could catch up with him. Pitt is looking smarter every day for locking up his commitment because he may be better than most people realize. St. John’s has a talented secondary, so that makes Fowkles’ performance even more impressive.

Fowlkes has shaped up to be one heck of a weapon for Good Counsel, last season he led the WCAC in touchdowns and receiving yards. It’s no secret that he will go into the season as the Falcons go to guy on day 1, he accelerates fast and can maintain his speed through his sudden moves and cuts, making it look easy to create separation. Damarion is currently at 20 D1 offers and counting, with a dominant senior season he could attract a few more power 5 programs.

Damarion’s route running talents and ability to create distance between himself and the defenders were excellent. He caught the attention of numerous D1 coaches and was identified as one of the top receivers during camp. Damarion’s speed, hands, fast twitch, and focus when pulling in the ball are all exceptional. We admire his aggressive play off the LOS as well as his ability to go vertical quickly. He possesses a high football IQ and makes it practically tough for defenders to guard him. Damarion will establish a name for himself this season with a 1000 yard season planned.

Fowlkes is an emerging weapon for the Falcons. He plays receiver and return man on special teams and shows some threatening traits with the ball in his hand. He gets north and south in a hurry and doesn’t waste much movement after the catch.
