There isn’t a player around who had a more impressive senior season that Evan. Leading his team to a state championship and putting up some all time numbers in the state of MD. That is why Evan made a strong jump in the rankings and is now the #4 overall QB prospect and the top Dual Threat QB player in my mind.

On the year Evan was 3rd in the state in passing yards with 2,665 and 31 passing TDs. He was also 3rd in the state in rushing yards with 2,217 and 35 rushing TDs. He led the state in total TDs with 66, put up almost 5,000 total yards and for his career he has over 11,262 total yards and 133 TDs. That is a player making an impact game after game and getting it done on the field!

A well slapped together player, with a gun for an arm and a dynamic runner with wiggle and explosiveness. Evan is a do it all QB who will fit perfectly into Navy’s system and can certainly see him balling out for them in the future.

Blouir has been on our radar since he first took snaps as a sophomore, and his impact on the offense has grown steadily ever since. This season, Blouir was the heart of the PAX offense, leading 2A with an impressive 66 touchdowns—31 through the air and 35 on the ground. He was dominant all year, passing for over 100 yards in every game. On the ground, Blouir showcased big-play speed, elusiveness, and exceptional change of direction, along with outstanding ball-carrying vision. His performance helped propel the Panthers to a State Championship title and earned him SMAC Offensive Player of the Year honors. Blouir garnered interest from Villanova, Saint Anselm University, and several other Division I programs, but ultimately chose to stay close to home and commit to Navy.

Evan lead his squad to victory on the day as Patuxent were crowned champions of the Broadneck tournament. He was impactful on both sides of the ball playing QB and S on the day. Evan is a player I’ve seen many times over the year and he is a flat out baller. Good size at 6’1″ 190 and rocked up, he passes the eye ball test. A great athlete, recently running a verified 4.5 40, 4.3 shuttle and 11’5″ broad jump. A dual threat QB, Evan had over 2,500 yards passing and 900+ rushing yards for 38 total TDs this past season and was SMAC Off Player of the Year. Evan was on point during the tournament, throwing with great timing and accuracy. He was able to layer the ball and make quick efficient reads. He throws a very catchable ball and has a quick trigger. Evan posses real nice arm strength, he can push the ball vertically. He will put it out there allowing his receiver to run under it and catch it in stride for big plays. Blouir was making big plays as a Safety as well, covering ground quickly and made a nice sideline interception. Evan recently picked up his first offer from St. Anselm and with his skill set, size, athleticism and grades (3.8 GPA); I will be shocked if he doesn’t get some more this summer.
