Schneider is a talented quarterback who proved it last season with the talent he had on the roster, but this year did not quite go as planned. He still was able to earn TRL Honorable Mention at quarterback, but winning one game on the year was disappointing, to say the least.

Johnson received TRL First Team Honors as a running back despite the record. He had a breakout season this year and was one of the few bright spots on this team.

Rogers is a highly ranked sophomore who should develop nicely over the next few years. I expect Rogers to be a big part of Pioneer's plans in the next two years.

2025 Outlook: despite being in the TRL, Oregon City should not be going 1-9. Their schedule was extremely tough, and they had more talent on their team than the record indicated, but you have to turn the talent into wins. Replacing Schneider and Johnson will be tough.
