He has a powerful first step which allows him to beat the defender off the snap in order to get his hands on them and move them out of the way to open holes. He does a tremendous job sticking with his blocks and brings a high level of physicality. Dyer does a really good job of getting off of the ball and getting to his assignment and busting open a gap for his running back's to make big plays. He's very good with his hands and extending his arms during blocks and packs a pretty mean punch when going in for his blocks. He has a tremendous first step on the offensive line and gets down field very well for his size. He drives defenders back using his length and brings some pop to his blocks at the point of contact. He uses a low center of gravity as he blocks to give him an advantage to do his assignment. He makes an impact on the offensive line and he's only going to continue to improve in this 2029 class.
