SoCal 2026 Offer Now Prospects: Offense

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Evaluating the SoCal 2026 prospects who colleges should be offering. </h2>    One of the top ranked prospects in the state without an offer yet coming in at #146 overall and the #13 OL. Bilaver checks all the boxes in terms of size and positional skillset. At 6'6” 290 lbs. he's got long and powerful frame. Natural strength in his hands allows him to control opponents and gives him violent finishing ability. Functional speed and movement skills as a puller and second level blocker. High effort player that plays with an edge. Expect his recruitment to take off as the recruiting cycle progresses.      Foster is a high-ranking prospect that should see his initial college offer come through soon. Has a complete skillset with his combination of size, strength, and speed at 6'3” 200 lbs. Outstanding athleticism and body control for his size with natural ball skills. Snags everything with his hands away from his body and his strength shows at the catch point. Also a track athlete he's got great speed after the catch and in the return game. 58 catches, 1,126 yards, and 15 touchdowns so far this season. He's a major D1 recruit who will shoot up rankings and recruiting boards before long.     Katz transferred from Casa Roble to Chaminade for his junior season. 6'6” 305 lbs. he's got a good frame with ideal measurements for the college level. Uses his length to his advantage in both pass protection and run blocking scenarios. Size and strength give him the ability to dominate the LOS and overpower opponents. Explodes at the POA and drives his feet through contact to get a push and finish opponents to the ground. Ranks as the #15 2026 OL prospect in the state and #154 overall. Expect to see his recruiting stock on the rise into the offseason.     Highly underrecruited dual threat QB with a live arm. Smooth and savvy athleticism he's in control of the offense and his mechanics as a passer. 6'0” 190 lbs. with a quick and compact delivery. Shows he can throw the deep ball with touch or drive a one ball with velocity into a tight window. Displays a high football IQ with his ability to process information quickly and improvise on broken plays. Athleticism allows him to manipulate the pocket and escape pressure and has the speed to make explosive plays when he tucks it. He's a high academic prospect and checks a lot of boxes as major D1 recruit. Watch him climb the next rankings update.      6'5” 185 lb. WR who is ranked in the top 50 at his position and should continue to rise. Size and reach make him a mismatch for any secondary defender. Plus route runner that is creative in his releases at the LOS and can get in and out of his breaks at the top. Drops his hip level and can accelerate changing directions. Huge catch radius to play the ball outside his framework, does tend to let the ball get into his body at times. Can run by coverage and stretch the field vertically with his speed. Through seven games this season he has 35 receptions for 554 yards and six touchdowns.      Javorsky has shown great year over year improvement as a junior. He's an athletic 6'4” 270 lbs. with good movement skills and quick feet. Creates positional leverage and beats opponents to the contact point with his initial quickness out of his stance. Active feet and plus lateral agility allow him to quickly recover against counter moves. He's fast with his hands to knock down and replace then latches on to sustain his block throughout the play. Plays with good leverage and a strong base to deliver heavy contact at the POA. Recruitment will rise as he showcases his skillset.
