Under-Recruited Prospects Awaiting First Offers

Thomson is a true dual-threat passer that can do tons of damage on the ground on designed runs and when buying time in the pocket. He shows he can throw outside the pocket with good spin and torque on the ball and deliver on schedule throws under pressure. He does a good job quickly moving through his progressions and is accurate outside the hashes and on the deep balls over the middle. He puts good touch over the top to throw his receivers open and has consistent ball placement and power at all three levels. He is one of the best available signal callers across the state and especially in the right system, is going to be a great fit in college.     Meggers is a relentless pass rusher that is explosive off the ball with elite first step quickness to knife into the backfield and can win by converting speed to power at the point of attack quickly. He plays the violent hands, natural bend inside and can defeat double team/drive blocks easily at the first level. He's extremely strong and powerful at the point of attack and has excellent technique for the position and uses his size to his advantage on both sides of the ball. Although he is a bit under-sized for the position, he is going to be an elite steal at the next level and make an immediate impact at the college level.     Badger is a rangy and fluid outside linebacker that can come up and bang in space, take on blocks and is a excellent open field tackler that covers a ton of ground. He is a high IQ prospect in the open field, reads well and is always flowing around the ball trying to create turnovers and can play outside linebacker or strong safety. His ability to come up and get behind the line, flow over the top and cover downfield with bal skills and return abilities makes him a versatile weapon on the defensive side and has the frame to add plenty more weight.     Webber is a very under-rated prospect that is athletic for his size and can be effective both in the run game and in pass protection with patience and violent hands. He is a road grader that gets underneath defenders, runs his feet through contact and finished blocks downfield with ease and shows he can play both tackle or guard but should fit nicely inside at the next level. He should draw plenty of D3+ interest and offers through his senior year and has been flying a bit under the radar to this point.     The Santiago product is a very experienced and balanced edge rusher that has plenty of tools needed for the next level. He is quick off the ball, bends well underneath tackles and has a quick use of hands at the POA with shoulder turn, violent hands and counter moves back inside if needed. His ability to rush and win with both speed and power stand out along with him being able to chase down backside, redirect quickly and play with a consistent lock/shed at the POA against the run. He had a very productive season with 20+ TFL's and 12 sacks on the year and is going to be a big time steal for a college program.
