Friday Night Rewind - Avon Lake at North Ridgeville

<p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='1589295' first='Aidan' last='Stewart'] has stepped up in his junior year in a big way to become one of the top wide receiver prospects in Northeast Ohio for his big play ability. Earlier this month he collected his first DI offer to Kent State and has put on a show on the field since. Stewart made a couple of key grabs on Friday night and looked like a stud lining up on the outside. His speed is hard to match in stride which only stretching the field for his quarterback. Has an above average catch radius with a natural rhythm to his game. An effective weapon on quick passes and screens for his agility to make defenders miss in space. A slippery runner when moving north. A big target down by in the red zone, gains good separation in a short field. Polomsky not only has the leg of a college kicker, but an elite kicker at that. Polomsky easily nailed a game winning 42-yarder with the game on the line with the clock running out, but it would have been good from at least 50 yards. Not an everyday thing for a high school kicker. Polomsky has the strength and aim of a major DI kicker, but more importantly he has the mental fortitude that can't be taught. He had numerous big kicks on Friday, but this is just in addition to a career full of big kicks. Chester is a big presence in both the run and pass game, with good upside with his pass protection. An impressive wingspan to create a big wall when getting into form. Physical in one-on-one battles. Can handle assignments effectively from the interior line. Plays guard well, but plays best getting out into his stance. Chester has a lot of mobility for his size which makes him a good player to have along the line. Swain is explosive with good top end speed, but most importantly - he's smart with the football. He can line up at multiple positions on offense, carry the ball or line up as a receiver. He runs the ball well with good vision and an explosive one-cut style. Has good lateral movement on his cut and quickly gets back up to speed. Any way his team can get him the ball provides a chance at a score. Physically solid running back with power in his lower body that makes him a hard target to bring down. Swain holds an offer to Capital University, with other schools interested as well. Miller is a dual-threat quarterback with speed in his long stride, but maintains his eyes down field for an open receiver. Doesn't have to improvise much, gets the ball out quickly and clean to his receivers to give them a chance to move up field. An accurate thrower in the first and second level. Not afraid to toss the ball downfield, good arm strength to let his receivers track down big play balls. Isn't a quarterback who is going down on first contact, can stretch plays out as well. Miller keeps better each week and has the size of a Saturday quarterback. His film is plentiful and solid with growth from week to week. He takes care of the football, doesn't make careless turnovers and can make big plays happen with his arms.
