[player_tooltip player_id='913488' first='Brady' last='Brinkley'] is having a good year for North Allegheny this season. He is a good athlete that does a nice job in the run game. He shows off his skills by making the right reads in the zone read the run game. He also is a good quarterback who moves well when he is throwing the ball on the run. He is good at designed sprint-out passing plays where he rolls out and sets his feet to throw the ball. In the pocket, he shows good mechanics and footwork. He is also an accurate passer. Brinkley has a chance to continue to grow and take his game to the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='914700' first='Jaivin' last='Peel'] is a straight baller at quarterback for Western Beaver. What he can do week in and week out from the quarterback position is incredible. He has a great arm and really knows how to throw the ball into tight windows. He has good mechanics and excellent footwork in the pocket, but what separates him from other quarterbacks is his ability to make plays with his feet. The kid is special when the play breaks down. He constantly makes plays running around and finding open receivers. Peel continues to progress and get better in the pocket as a quarterback as well. He is having a special year for Western Beaver and will continue to grow as a player.

Aaron Strader continues to play at a high level for Pine-Richland. He is a special athlete who happens to play quarterback as well. He is a top player that an old coach told me you can't tackle the kid in a phone booth. When a tackler is one-on-one with him Strader makes that player miss constantly. Now, he is not just a dynamic athlete, but he is also a quarterback who can throw the ball. He has a strong arm and is constantly showing it off on different deep balls. He is also getting better at reading the defense and finding the open receiver. Strader is the type of kid I bank on, as he is a great athlete who continues to get better.

[player_tooltip player_id='914463' first='Ty' last='Jansma'] is a classic pocket quarterback who delivers a good football to his receivers. He is like a machine in the pocket. He does a good job of getting through his progressions to find the open receivers. When the play breaks down Jasma shows a good ability to escape the pocket and look downfield to find the open receivers. He has excellent mechanics and footwork in the pocket, and you can see he has been trained well on how to throw the football. Jansma is a legit quarterback prospect who should continue to grow and get better.

[player_tooltip player_id='1180790' first='William' last='Toprani'] played last year at Ringgold High School but has now transferred to Pittsburgh Central Catholic. Looking at his film from last year he played at a high level for Ringgold. He is a good quarterback in the pocket. He does a good job of reading the defense and knowing exactly where he wants to go with the ball. He is good in the pocket by making subtle moves to evade defenders. Since he is at Pittsburgh Central Catholic his playing time has been cut down, but Toprani is a good athlete who could eventually start for them at quarterback.

[player_tooltip player_id='913233' first='Braddock' last='Ambrose'] recently made his 1st start of his career and threw 5 touchdowns in the win for Central Valley as they got their 1st win of the season. He was recently added to the prep red zone database, as he continues to showcase his ability as a quarterback. One of the things that stands out from his film, is his footwork. He has good footwork in and around the pocket. He is able to move his feet well and then throw a good football. He also shows a good ability to play fake from under center and then throw a good ball to his receivers. Ambrose has a ton of potential and should continue to get better every week.
