Best Performances of Level 1 Playoffs: Offense

What a fantastic showing of offensive firepower that was on display during Level 1 of the playoffs. Top athletes came out and delivered when their teams needed them. This week in particular it seemed like the run games were on fire. In today's article we have 150 yard rushers, 200 yard rushers, and even 300 yard rushers that got their team to the next level. We also saw a group of outstanding QB performances including an unbelievable 8 TD game! I can't wait to dive into the tape so let's get started!    Stats: 28 Carries, 238 Yards, 2 TDs, 4 Receptions, 93 Yards   DC Everest's offense is no stranger to big offensive showings. They have dominated a lot of defenses this season and they continued that in Level 1 of the playoffs. Blake has proven to be a workhorse back and gave even more proof with his 32 touches on Friday night. The senior's vision behind the line is fantastic. He quickly finds the lane and then shows off the burst as he sticks his foot in the ground. Once through the line Blake shows off the power. He rips through arm tackles, has an effective stiff arm, and can also make the lateral cut to give himself leverage on a defender as he tries to beat their pursuit. Blake is a well rounded ball carrier who can not only carry inside and out, but also catch the ball.      Stats: 20 Carries, 156 Yards, 3 TDs   Junior RB [player_tooltip player_id='1610021' first='Robert' last='Beglinger'] dominated Fond du Lac's defense with his between the tackle running. Robert's burst to top speed killed the defense as he was able to fly through the front seven before LBs could close on the gap. The '26 also has the long speed to beat downfield pursuit from DBs. On top of the dominant athleticism, Robert also has the balance to run through arm tackles. The junior does a great job of bringing balance to the Franklin offense. He is a name to know at the position.      Stats: 23 Carries, 304 Yards, 2 TDs   What a way to start off the playoffs for the star junior RB out of Arrowhead HS. Jacob is one of the state's most electric playmakers. His athleticism is elite. From his quick twitch lateral agility to his overall elusiveness and his burst, everything the junior RB does is explosive. Siner is able to accelerate to top speed almost instantly. The way he can see the field and set up defenders at top speed is a dominant trait that makes him physical even more unfair. Jacob is a game breaker with the ball in his hands and a nightmare for defenses to try and find a way to contain. Siner entered the year as one of the best RBs in the state and he continues to establish a great collection of film as to why he should be #1.      Stats: 21 Carries, 159 Yards, 3 TDs, 1 Reception, 18 Yards   Aiden brings a very balanced skill set to the Kaukauna offense. He can do the dirty work as he lowers his shoulder to pick up necessary short yardage. The junior also has the acceleration through the hole and long speed to flip the field or rip off a long TD run to put the momentum in his team's favor. Aiden's versatility allows him to stay on the field in every situation from short yardage to passing situations.      Stats: 34/55, 534 Yards, 8 TDs   This is one of the best passing performances the state has ever seen in the playoffs. Patrick and the WDP offense had to climb out of an early game deficit, but the air raid attack was up to the task. You don't need to watch all 34 completions to get a sense of how good the junior QB is, but it's hard to stop. Patrick's arm talent is dominant. He can attack every level of the field with dominant accuracy and arm strength. His awareness for where to place the ball and the velocity to use is elite. The pocket presence, poise, and ability to keep his eyes downfield shows up on every attempt. There is so much to like about his talents. Patrick checks a lot of boxes from size, arm talent, football IQ, and mental toughness. I can't wait to see what WDP's offense has in store for Level 2.      Stats: 7 Receptions, 164 Yards, 2 TDs   Brock was on the receiving end of a lot of the Greisen production that we just talked about. The senior WR is an under the radar prospect who has put together a great season. During Level 1 of the playoffs, Brock found himself running free behind the defense on multiple occasions. At times the defense would lose track of him as he found soft spots and other times he would be able to open up space with his route running. The senior does a great job of running with power after the catch so he can break tackles. Brock is able to be utilized on short, intermediate and deep routes because of his route running, body control, and ability to track the ball in flight. Don't miss out on the talented senior.      Stats: 10 Receptions, 174 Yards, 3 TDs   Unfortunately, Jesse and Wausau East weren't able to come away with a victory Friday night. However, the senior WR needs the spotlight on him. He has a big frame that allowed him to dominate out wide as he overpowers tackle attempts and makes strong catches with just his hands while taking contact. The big receiver does a great job attacking the ball in the air at the high point and not waiting for the ball. That way DBs can't get hands on it to break it up. The senior also has the body control and ball tracking abilities to adjust last second to make the catch. We see him elevate, twist, or change his path to get to the ball. The strong, possession WR is a talented athlete to check out. He also plays safety for East.      Stats: 31 Carries, 309 Yards, 5 TDs   I love watching the film of the dominant senior RB out of Green Bay Notre Dame. The 5'10" 195 lbs RB is a mass of power and contact balance that pinballs his way through defenders on the way to massive chunks of yards after contact. Christian has that innate ability to stay balanced while taking hits and also keeping his legs churning. That strong lower body never quits until he is gang tackled to the ground. Collins also has the athleticism to be a next level prospect. When he hits the seam the burst is there and the speed is there to gash a defense. Christian has developed strong instincts for carrying the football. He is one of the best available senior RBs in WI.      Stats: 9 Carries, 116 Yards, 1 TD   Mayville is back in the playoffs and the team put together a great showing in Level 1. A senior who put himself on the map with his big play threat was Joren Schlender. Mayville uses Joren at one of the wing positions where he can attack the edges with his speed and vision. Speed that created his long TD run and also allowed him to get across the field to snag an INT on defense. The playmaker doesn't need a ton of work to make a difference, perfectly fitting what Mayville needs at his position. I'm excited to see more film from the senior.      Stats 5/9, 97 Yards, 1 TD, 14 Carries, 141 Yards, 2 TDs   Bryson plays QB for W-B and was able to flash a nice arm early in his highlights, but the junior made his biggest impact with his legs. He has the speed to get outside of contain and beat pursuit down the sideline. W-B also uses him on option runs and Bryson does a great job with his decision making in those scenarios. Bryson runs between the tackles with the aggression of an RB as he lowers his shoulder when he meets a defender. Schmid carries the ball like an RB. Fast, agile and not afraid to create yards with power.      Stats: 2/2, 69 Yards, 14 Carries, 220 Yards, 5 TDs   Coleman is looking to make another run to Madison this postseason, and senior QB Micah Kuchta provides their offense with the type of game breaking weapon needed to do that. I love the patience Micah has as his blocks develop. He trusts his teammates and also his own athletic abilities because as soon as the opening is there he flips the switch. Micah has the burst to fly through holes and get to top speed quickly. The senior also did a great job of running elusive as he slipped his way through traffic and tackle attempts. Kuchta made multiple spectacular plays on carries that look to be contained at first. He is able to create space and has the vision to find ways to attack the defense. Check out his dominant night on the ground.      Stats: 16/24, 165 Yards, 2 TDs, 24 Carries, 104 Yards, 1 TD   I love to see Wade and Lourdes Academy in the playoffs. Wade has been the QB of this team since he was a freshman, and now as a senior we are watching the dual threat carve up defenses with his arm and legs. Through the air Wade is a precision passer. From the pocket, or on the run, Wade is able to dominate with his accuracy and overall ball placement. The senior knows when to use touch and when he needs to get more into the ball to beat a closing window. On the ground we see that Wade definitely has the speed to be an impact and his ability to run through contact was a pleasant surprise to see on multiple carries. Most importantly, the senior is a pass first athlete. You don't see him quit on the play too early. Check out the highlights on one of the top available QBs.
